Expected more for paying a little extra for the holiday inn.

The room was comfy, cool and clean.

The shampoo and conditioner containers were pretty much empty. Only 1 full sized towel for a family of 4 that booked a room with 2 queen beds. Check in person was not friendly. Breakfast host was not refilling empty breakfast items until asked and was not wiping tables down as guests left. Tables were left dirty. There was a line of guests waiting because items were out. A host should be tending the kitchen area looking to see what is almost out and refill before empty. Pool was not clean.

everything was bad I have never stayed at a holiday inn like this before the pool wasn’t open apparently it needed cleaned. the staff didn’t seem great. people in and out that apparently worked there.

I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly and efficient. I would stay there again. I, however, miss the waffle maker, which is no longer provided. Please bring it back. I would consider paying extra for it.

Staff was very helpful in canceling my reservation after I looked at the room and facilities.

There was hay floating in the pool and sauna. The room I had assigned was next to the public bathroom near reception and you could hear the toilets. I did not stay.

Slighty disappointed because of the bed situation but friendly staff.

Bed was not clean. Hairs were spotted on the bed made it seemed like bed wasn’t washed. Also found some crumbs on the bed as well.

It was nice that they serviced our rooms everyday as other hotels we have stayed at lately haven't

We were in the area for the trophy cup race at thunderbowl raceway and unfortunately I came down with the flu on Friday evening and spent Saturday in bed except for going out for dinner in the evening so husband can eat. The bed was undoubtedly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Even better that my expensive sleep number bed

The parking was a little small in the well lit areas. We used IHOP parking one night

expected more from a Holiday Inn Express

large room (as usual in the USA), it was affordable to stay here one night on our trip to Sequoia National Park.

unfortunately for the homeless people near the backlot of the hotel, but it doesn't give us a comfort feeling. I was able to park in front of the hotel. The pool appears to me as not very clean but this is my impression. Elevator is a bit funny as the buttons didn't work, we used it for our luggage and took the stairs ourselves. Breakfast is nice but not excellent. The airconditioning is noisy (but this is usual in the USA). Overall good enough for one night, but would not come back again.
