Definitely need to do some maintenance on the facilities. The hot tub has been broken for a long time. Otherwise I love this place

Location was perfect for skiing Jiminy Peak.
Only one friendly suggestion: to include a sponge for washing dishes by hand/wiping counters. That’s the only thing we found that was missing in an otherwise well equipped kitchen that had all the basics and was spotless. Thank you!

It’s one of the better family spots in New England.
It’s noisy. The original developer of the buildings took the cheap route with thin walls. You can hear everything!

Second locker room needs to have a walk out

The location was amazing! We were able to walk to the end of the parking lot and ski right onto the mountain. The room was huge and so beautifully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Even a mini salt and pepper shaker! I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the facilities. We didn't have time to check out the pool or hot tub.

Sounded like a party above me. Chairs scraping on the floor for hours.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable
Not everything was open. Pools were small. Teenagers really couldn't swim.

Location.
Lack of "on site" availability to restaurant dining.
Lack of amenities such as message, nail salon, game room etc.
Wyndam's information flyers suggesting ( & highlighted by staff) restaurants which were closed for renovations upon us arriving after driving miles. Two of the four restaurants listed.

I could hear the tv in the next unit - which was playing late at night and at 4:30 am!

Subpar.
Musty old smelling hallways, both rooms: dark, dated, directly facing all windshield glare from the vehicles in the parking lot during day, lights at night.
No view at all..furthest possible placement from all amenities and main building and they would not make any change upon immediate request.
These are timeshares, built In the 90's. If you are reserving outside of ownership, thru 'booking', or for other reasons, you might get similar.
Main building is a complete construction zone with scaffolding, large equipment going, crew people on break in the front facing rooms, yellow tape everywhere leading you to locked lobby doors.
We All had issues with room keys over and over...
elderly mother had to drive from our distant location back to office SIX times to have keys reactivated.
Maintenance people who were stationed in guest rooms(?) with the mountain views and neighbors tried to help when she was alone.
Each time, 86 year old was required to show her identification BEFORE reentry!
It was a good thing she had not locked the ID in her room.
Although staff was discussing where to place people at check in, they would not change our room when I immediately called upon entry and that felt like a 'gotchya'. (checked in early, for several nights stay)
Tammy at front desk was friendly.
A man at the front desk was dismissive and got on the phone to help others as he redid our keys again and one key still didn't work after we drove all the way back to room.
We had so many unworking keys at the end..so frustrating and time consuming.
Our family tried to get into the pool with kids in bathing suits and keys wouldn't work, nor would any other guest let us in..
POC Family. Some interactions and our experience made us aware that this was possibly an issue.
.No breakfast here. You can drive to Country Store to purchase breakfast sandwiches before 11am. It's a small grocery too, but on the pricey side.
Maintenance was helpful
Construction has been going on for more than a year here..uneven construction pathways lead to locked doors as staff looks on.
Old smelling hallways and condos.
Dim lighting and awkward condo design where tiny shower is in master, doors knock into things, difficult to maneuver the room because of this. This was not a renovated room as others note in their reviews. It was early 90's. Stained chairs and couches. It did not reflect the pictures on site. Porch and bedroom windows overlooking the cars in parking lot. Small Porch was barely large enough for two. The porch door will hit chair to get out there.
Long black hairs in master tub.
Small pools that looked crowded when 10 kids were in it.
Kids liked the indoor to outdoor design that has car wash style plastic flaps separating the two.
Our next stop was a new Hyatt in CT which was a perfect experience compared to Bentley Brook...night and day..
I don't doubt that it that other guests who stay here have a different experience.
I communicated with staff our frustrations during our stay, They were cheerful in response, but offered no remedy.
Yes, I had requested rooms with a view in advance in email/text.
