My first and last visit!

The location was convenient for getting to the hospital for an early morning surgery.

The hotel needs some updates. In the room I had the bathroom door didn't shut all the way, the toilet paper holder was falling apart. It seems as though people where living at this hotel as there was a lot of loud music and noise while we were trying to go to bed. When we were leaving around 6:15 this morning there was a man walking around the breakfast area barefoot and there was graffiti in the elevators. The whole place just seemed really dingy.

It did the job, but only that.

Pet friendly (with additional) fee. Free parking. Relatively close to Boston if you have a car.

Entry way looks exactly like a hospital reception. I thought I was in the wrong building. My guess is that this building was a nursing home? Kind of sad. Remote for TV didn’t work properly. Internet barely reached my room at end of the hall, so I used my phone’s mobile hotspot.

This property may be dated however it’s worth staying here. I’d stay at this property again.

The location of this property is close to Assembly Row which is filled with outlet shopping and some cafes and restaurants. It’s also close to the T assembly train station (orange line). It is a safe area which is currently being developed. The staff are welcoming, friendly and approachable. They really are there to help and appear to enjoy their job. The staff are responsible for returning customers! The shuttle bus from the property to the airport is a huge bonus as is the breakfast provided (cereal, waffles, eggs, sausages, yoghurt, toast, juices, muffins, coffee). It can become busy around breakfast time however everyone was pleasant and patient. Our room had a fridge and a microwave.

The property is dated and the carpet is well stained. I’m sure I saw multiple blood stains on the carpet in different areas of the room and there were cracked tiles in the bathroom. Replacing the carpet will make a big difference.

A great visit to Boston made so much better by this hotel

Excellent hotel, the location was perfect for getting about. The free shuttle to the airport was a great bonus. The included breakfast was great, complimentary coffee was great also. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and spacious. Would highly recommmend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

Property is very dated. Did not feel comfortable the whole time. People hanging in the lobby while checking in. Not what I expected after other La Quinta properties we stayed in. Overpriced for the condition of property and rooms. I will stay the front desk staff were very nice.

It was as we expected, but it could be a lovely hotel with a bit of a facelift

Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. The room was very tired and needs a facelift, as does the rest of the public rooms. The location was really good, close to the MBTA, shops, restaurants and a trader joes.

The public rooms could do with a bit of extra cleaning in places.

In general, my stay was pleasant.

Comfortable room. Variety to choose from for breakfast. If you don't mind walking, you can take public transportation near the hotel. An uber ride to Boston Common is approximately 10 minutes in fair traffic.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was so convenient. Easy walk to a T station on the Orange line. Off the I93.

The breakfast room was small so on a busy day or weekend it was full and popular food would run out. Overflow seats in the lobby or you could bring your plate to your room.
