Aged, not well kept up nor particularly guest convenient

The room was nice size. Close to the highway. Fridge worked well.

Elevator out of service and no help with bags up to room. Fire alarm kept going off due to heat. A hotel of this size should take care of both those things on an emergency basis. AC could not cool the room. Very few outlets and even less USB ports. And what was there was not convenient to use. Mattress was old and lumpy. The one ice machine was on totally opposite end of hotel and not on same floor as room.

I'd stay again

Breakfast is great! Price is great as well. I like how it is now gated. I love how they are cleaning up the place it's so much cleaner!! New paint , curtains and linens!

I would be great if all elevators were working.

Work only reason

I liked my sleep at the property. For work it was cool. The staff were cool the breakfast Staff were on point. Ate waffles three days in a row

My card stopped working, my trailer hitch was missing after staying here. The shower was stinky like someone pissed in the tub. Eggs aren’t real that was garbage.

We just suck it up and said we will take video next time for comments /complaint’s

There Was a mildew smell in my room #202 the evaluators was not working there was large dogs barking late night the ambulance's company next door was making so much noise from the pick ups /runs all night the water in the shower keeps going through a hot and cold running but what was the worst was a roach 🪳 that crawled across the floor to where I was eating at the table blew everything for me my Wife couldn’t sleep after that she’s very afraid of Bugs

GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE!

The location was perfect to walk to the Selland Arena. Beds were comfy and the breakfast is great. The room was great for the inexpensive price. The area felt safe.

Place is a little rundown and they have a bird problem in the hallways.

The front desk lady changed my room from single bed to two beds and charged me extra 100$ I left the room as I found it and I haven’t receive my deposit plus there was a guy “changing the room door batteries” everything seemed like he wanted to break in, shower did not have hot water only cold

Very good

Staff was excellent. My son forgot his brand new work boots at the hotel and didn't realize until we were 3 hours away. He called and they said if he could get a shipping label to them they'd mail them to him. They arrived today 🙌

Breakfast was less than desired and they ran out.

Areas that were unacceptable should have easily been noticed by housekeeping

Tub:shower cold control did not work. Pull up control to start shower did not work. Vanity light was very dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable

Superb

I loved the breakfast options they had and woman who helped with refills was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, we were like 10 min away from everywhere we wanted to visit.

The elevator was a little far from our room and we got the 3rd floor so we had to used the stairs

Decent for just passing through.

I liked the size of the room and the ability for the window to open to let in fresh air. The mini fridge was nice and the AC kept the room cool.

It was a long line to check in- waited about 20 minutes. Even though we got a non smoking room it smelled like cigarettes. We lifted the mattress and found a crushed up cigarette which was the cause of the smell. Though the AC worked well, there was a loud crackle/pop noise every time it came on which caused me to wake up all through the night.

Adequate for a one night stay. New remodel looking better. Location not great but easy. Breakfast was adequate needs more protein.

The part of town is getting run down with a homeless perblem so Fresno needs to do something about that. The property supplied adequate security around the parking lot and perimeter.

Moldy room and Bad staff!

not really anything special

I called and asked if the pool was open and what they served for breakfast and was given answers only to get there and the person at the front desk to tell me that my online payment didn’t go thru and I had to pay again and then I had to go through a whole ordeal with booking.com. after I paid twice and was all checked in the guy said that we couldn’t use the pool became it’s closed! I chose this hotel because they said it was open. then during breakfast all they had was waffles. when they had already told me the day before they’d have a full continental breakfast so now I had to take my kids to go out to eat and spend more money. There was mold in the corner of the room and in the shower. the towels were more like rags you’d dry your car with. I’d never go here again! they said it’s newly remodeled but I think it was just a paint job and new curtains. never again! NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE ROOM RATE IS! mind you I paid 115 a night!

Nice hot shower. Bed ok. AC worked good.

Alot of homeless wandering the street in front. Our keys didn't work and they couldn't fix till morning so we couldn't go out to dinner or couldn't get back in room🥺 It was advertised at being newly renovated...it was not. Drape torn. Bathtub grungy old looking. Maintenance came to fix key card as we left at 9:30 am next day.

room smelled weird and we couldn’t get into our room after the staff helped 4 times walking back and fourth trying to fix the kay card. then got placed into a weird smelly room .
