Nice location
Need to offer a better breakfast
3.5
Typical breakfast offered, coffee was always full and available, nice to have some wrapped items that were behind plastic/refrigerated. Staff was helpful when we needed something, like an extra night's stay or fixing keycard that stopped working. Good location, close to highway and Arapahoe road for food options. Room itself was good size with a big sitting area and extra thoughtful areas (extra sink by fridge, coffee station, mirror/vanity outside bathroom). Parking was always available.
I just get turned off by all the kids touching and coughing on everything. So I only ate bagels and cream cheese which were covered and wrapped. I guess things get better when school is back in session. In summer, if you want to avoid crowds and kids, get to breakfast at 7 am or prior. Interior elevator doors have been damaged (huge scratches) and needed adjustment in general. Hate that someone damaged the property and reminded by looking at it. We are in the real estate/property management and maintenance business so just a pet peeve. Coffee in room could be better, didn't taste like much, but better than no coffee? Bed was pretty comfortable.

Torazia was great! We had an early morning flight and she helped us get checked in early which was greatly appreciated! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to some good restaurants. Only drawback was interstate noise and even that wasn’t that bad.

Room was very clean as was the hallways, breakfast areas and public restrooms. Staff is attentive and polite.
Outside trash receptacles need more frequent dumping.

Kind helpful staff. Much compassion for the good people who work for the most despicable hotel GM in the history of commerce. Don’t even think about staying in this hotel. Mean spirited, deceitful, deceptive, dishonest GM. Wife and I agreed that she is the worst person we’ve ever encountered. I’m 56 and she is 52 so we have some life experience. Please take my advice and book lodging elsewhere. Inaccurate billing, dirty rooms, and mean GM. Nice employees doing their best in an impossible situation.
The dishonest, mean, hateful, foolish GM. Dirty rooms, deceptive billing practices intended to confuse and therefore take advantage of guests.
