It was wonderful. 10/10!

It was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! I really appreciated the toiletries. The normal tiny little bottles of shampoo and things are not enough for my long hair!! The fact that there were full size bottles available for use was wonderful. Not only that, they were dove and not an off brand that didn’t even clean!

The remote for the tv didn’t work well; however, it wasn’t a big concern and I didn’t even bring it to the staffs attention for it to be corrected.

I would not do it again. I’ll stay away from the brand for a bit.

I had high hopes but unfortunately nothing.

My room was dirty. Everywhere it was dirty. Bathrooms, carpet, bed, couches. I won’t post pictures and videos to keep it off the web. But not good.

I just needed a place to put my head that was clean and quiet. This met the bill.

Room was good.

Pretty bare bones breakfast. Parking spots are extremely skinny, I guess to make the required # of spots. A lot of cars must get door dings in that parking lot from the next car over opening the door.

It was an ok stay. Nothing great nothing terrible

It was ok. Breakfast was good. The attendant was gracious and friendly.

The way to the elevator was a pain, down a long outside ramp and then in tight quarters. No carts for luggage there. Luggage carts were above a stair well.

Never staying there again it’s best to always check your room out before paying

The reason I went back to this location was because the first visit was excellent however this was totally different as this room was an older room that smelled.The radiator air conditioner was very loud at best therefore we didn’t rest well and then canceled the next day and got another hotel

Room wasn’t clean Air conditioner was loud Customer service cared less about my complaint Asked for walk in shower but wasn’t available Bath tub was old with cracking tile.To name a few

Nice spot for an overnight. Happy to be able to do our laundry there as we had been accumulating such in our travels.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly. Our bathroom flooded and when we told the guy about it he did nothing. We even asked if we could have another room and we were told they didn’t have any. He wouldn’t even come up to see the flooded bathroom. So we checked out and didn’t even stay.

had to ask for the sheets and bedding for second pull out bed in room. They didn’t have any pillows. Good thing we brought a couple of our own. But made for an uncomfortable night.

Disappointed, but willing to try again if hotel does a bit of house cleaning

I liked the maid service. She took very good care of our room with new towels and a clean room everyday without being asked as some hotels tend to do these days. The staff overall was alright. The lobby area was nice and clean

I stayed here last year around the same time and felt like I found a really great hotel. This year, not to much. The room we were in was showing its age, bedside lamp flashing, frame around bottom of closet door loose, a few stains on the carpet, rust on the outside corner of the shower, door frame with doorstop was useless because the frame moves which allowed the door to open. Breakfast was adequate but left something to be desired. What I found to be most disturbing was the working “ladies” in the lobby. We hadn’t noticed them for most of the time because we were out. I still like the hotel, I know that was not everyone’s experience, but they need to clean up a bit before I stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms very clean and the hotel is quiet. The location is excellent. It's very close to shopping and restaurants.
