Won't be returning.

It had a vacancy. However, if we hadn't been driving since 5:00am, and we were extremely tired (I think we arrived sometime between 4-5 pm) and could have find another room, we wouldn't have stayed and taken a loss.

I agreed with the manager, "they shouldn't have reopened so soon after having the roof repaired. She didn't have all of her supplies. Like a coffee maker as advertised, and we do enjoy our morning coffee. Didn't have the breakfast, as we left very early, so really can't say how it was. Makes you wonder though, with not having all her supplies. As for the sister hotel up the street, we'll never stay there, because I saw the manager spit on the ground just as we drove into the ground. I was immediately discussed.

The beds were comfy

There was no breakfast when it was included in the price. The wifi was not working, the heat was not very good. Very bad experience

Had a little trouble with the card to get in, the office gave us new cards. Once we entered the room we found it very clean with a combination air conditioner and heater which was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and clean.. the room was spacious and the furniture looked new. Overall it was a great experience. We also had some oatmeal and donuts for breakfast, very good..

I had to find a different hotel for the night after driving 13 hours

I was asked to leave. My dogs had no where to relieve themselves. He expected them to stand near a busy hiway that traumatized them.

Very poor

there was only 1 towel no hand towel or wash cloth I booked for 2 guest when I went to check out there was no one for a few minutes then I called out a few times and a lady came from outside and came in and said it was paid in full but didn't offer me a receipt or anything ( since we came in after hours our room key was on the doot) the bed was very uneven/uncomfortable and was lower at the head than the feet

Staff was very friendly.

The heater was very loud and due to the small size of the room, it was right next to the bed and cycled on and off throughout the night. The bed was lumpy. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The reservation said 'breakfast included', but in the morning not only was there no breakfast, but no sign of any employee to ask any questions.

The manager is very nice, friendly and accommodating. The appearance of the Motel is less than the other Magnuson motel on the same street. the driveway and parking is in sad shape. The ice machine has been out of service for over a year. The manager always gets ice if you ask. We requested a handicap room from the Magnuson Park Vue and apparently did not have one, or else not one available but neglected to inform us of the change of venue. However the room we were given was handicap for the bath but nothing else.

It was what I needed - a clean place to stay while in town.

It was clean, convenient to restaurants, and attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly, the location was good, and the room was spacious. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.

The motel bed you could feel the springs, coffee pot was dirty, not enough towels or wash cloths for two people, and the room just needed a deep cleaning.The room was dusty and the AC worked intermittently.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay.

There was no fridge or microwave, but for the price, I did not expect one.
