Great location, clean but too warm

The person who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, the showers huge. Great walking paths.

We didn’t know we needed to go to the check in, would have liked that to have been made more clear somewhere evident. The air condition did not cool below 70 and it was downstairs so the upstairs was quite warm. Skylights made the entire house light, so we were all up early. I called the desk about the air con but only got an answering machine. Luckily there were fans.

All in all we will probably revisit the pines but next time we know we won’t be accommodated til 4pm

I loved the location and the size of the condo was plenty big enough for my family and I.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t pay extra to check in early. That was a deal breaker for us traveling 4 hrs and they made us wait til 4 to check in even though we were willing to pay extra.

It was nice enough but not great. Probably won't go back.

We made breakfast in the room, and it was good! The shower was really nice, the bathroom was huge, and the kitchen was well stocked. (it could have used some spices and maybe some cooking oil) It is a short walk across the parking lot to The Great Hall (where our gig was) so it was super convenient.

Really.....the bed wasn't too good. We have become used to comfortable beds and this Murphy bed wasn't. It was only about 8 inches off the floor and that wasn't easy to climb out of for an older body. it had some lights built in but we could not find a way to turn them on. There was a drink holder, but it didn't have a bottom and I almost dropped a can to the floor. I noticed just in time! And the mattress was not the most comfortable.

We love staying at this property!

We love this property and the location is so close to everything. Just steps off the deck to beautiful snow and trails. Beautifully remodeled. Excellent friendly customer service.

We do not care for the drop down beds or the linen. Adequate but not super warm or comfy. Really love the kitchen, but it would be nice to have a few more dishes and more silverware. Even for only 2 eating in, we washed dishes by hand several times, as we ran out, and certainly didn’t want to do such a small load in the dishwasher. Also a broiler pan would be nice.

live in California was visiting family in Washington great halfway stop.

very clean, love the location

we thought our room had a jacuzzi tub and was looking forward to relaxing in it. but our room didn’t have one.

wonderful stay in an amazing location

easy to ride around sun river, they gave us two complimentary bikes to use. beautiful scenery. lots of activities to do during your stay!

We will return to this resort for sure

Unit was spacious, clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had every supply to cook. Shopping is nearby. Easy to drive to ski or airport. Beautiful view all around. Great restaurants walking distance

Jacuzzi and pool was not operating.

Very disappointed with the staff.

We had an issue with our room and the staff were not accommodating at all. They failed at ownership, follow through and over promised while under delivered in everything. We showed up Saturday and finally got to our room around 6:30 PM. We waited around for the issue to get resolved and ended up getting a call around 8:36 PM saying someone will come out the next morning between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. After waiting around all morning we heard nothing. We changed our plans that morning and let them know we would be back in a few hours. The lady at the front desk said she would give me a call once they showed up, that way I would know the issue has been resolved. We never got a call but ended up returning to the office around noon, the lady at the front desk said oh ya they came by earlier and it’s been fixed. We returned to our room and the issue was STILL NOT RESOLVED… I called down to the office and let them know, I asked if there was any sort of accommodation that could be done since our short weekend get away turned into a complete headache. They said there’s nothing they can do besides “maybe” letting us borrow a DVD free of charge. We checked out Monday morning and I asked again for any sort of accommodation, the assistant manager Linda was of no help and gave us the run around once again. She said they offered a “free DVD rental and that was their accommodation. Our first night was ruined, the next morning was ruined, I expected something more accommodating than a DVD for the night.

The overall place was very nice. Full kitchen.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well.

Awesome!

Our whole family was able to gather and interact together. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Having the clubhouse available for our family was awesome and my mom enjoyed her birthday party. We had a really great time.

The Murphy beds were not as comfortable as the other beds.

Really nice, clean, beautiful room in great location

We were so surprised at how incredibly nice & big this place was. BIG bathrooms. Great showers. Very roomy for the 4 of us! 2 small patios with chairs. Restaurants & coffee place close by. Highly recommend. About 15-20 min drive to Bend.

This is a minor thing but...since it was winter, & thus very cold outside, it would've been nice to have special heaters/heat lamp things in the bathrooms to keep you warm after getting out of the shower. But we would def stay here again. Oh, & a Keurig-type coffeemaker would be preferred over making a big pot for just one person.

It was comfy and beautiful, perfect.

It was beautiful! Very easy to find, and just felt like a home away from home. It just felt like we moved to a new apartment that was already set up and decorated just for me.

I honestly couldn't not have asked for more.

Exceptional

We had a great time at The Pines and celebrated the Christmas weekend. The hot tub was not available after 6 PM which was a bit of a letdown. Overall it was a super trip!

The small pillows in the master bedroom weren’t great but not a dealbreaker.
