La habitación no recibió aseo la máquina del jugo no funcionaba y la gente no fue cordial
Realizamos el checkout a una señora que nos insultó a mi y a mi familia manifestando que Booking no había realizado el pago. Realmente fue un momento muy desagradable.

Size of room. Wide hallways.
No hot water for 3 days. Unfriendly staff. Key card rarely worked. Bathroom doors were very dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in time was at 3, but we arrived around noon and had an event to be at around 3, so we asked if there was a way to check in early. Because a couple of rooms had already been cleaned, they were happy to accommodate us, and having a couple of hours to rest was extremely nice. They also gave us tips about wehre to eat.
The shower pressure and heat level was a little low on both counts. Would have liked a little more ability to adjust.

Awful stay 👎 rlecling not working, reclining chair was broken, shower head came off, tv only worked on a few channels, no water available in record heat day, no eggs for breakfast, sausage was old and not good so all B in all very poor hotel
Everything just poorly managed worst hotel I’ve ever stayed left a day earlier than needed.
5.0
The hotel was quiet. Staff was responsive. When wd requested change to first floor, Ocean quickly made the change.
The hot tub was not working and had green residue on its walls.
4.5
Room was quiet and comfortable. Location was convenient to Red Rock Canyon and airport.
Breakfast was disorganized; some food not in sight. No instructions for waffle maker, so most overflowed the batter or didn't know to turn it over. Orange juice was watery..
2.0
The room was inexpensive and there was plenty of free parking. The WiFi worked well. The bed and linens were fine and the air conditioner worked ok.
The elevator on our end of the long hall was out of order, as was the only ice machine, for all three days. The temperature in the room refrigerator could not be adjusted and froze everything. The faucet control in the shower could not maintain a constant temperature. The hotel is located next to a major freeway, so there is constant traffic noise.

Location was near the hospital
It's a Pet Friendly hotel. I wasn't aware that they allowed pets in ALL rooms. (Its usually just 1 floor)
Therefore I had extremely difficult allergies and awoke the next morning with my eyes nearly swollen shut due to my reaction to pet dander. Be aware of the fine print and read it all. I paid the price for not doing so .

it was in a nice area, near restaurants and clean
the bath tub would clog after a few minutes in the shower.

The room was spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the common areas were clean and well-kept. Space was away from the craziness of the strip, but close enough to travel to if desired.
We had no hot water 2 out of three days we were at the hotel and the water dripped constantly in the bathroom. The entire fourth floor smelled like pot the entire weekend. Broken elevator and ice dispenser.

Place was dog friendly, receptionist was very thoughtful in giving us a room on the first floor for our dogs, and the pet relief area was very close
The floors weren't as clean as I would like - my feet collected dirt and dust when I walked around barefoot on the hardwood floors.

Convenient location. Quick check in. Good value. Met or exceeded expectations on many levels.
Only wish I could of stayed longer. Really liked the facility but wasn’t there long enough to fully enjoy it.

we stayed in the back & could hear freeway noise

Dirty and stunk

The only thing I liked about the property was the location. Which was very disappointing since I’ve always had a really good experience at La Quinta.
our room was not up to par for $200 a night. I would expect a lot more the bathroom doors were filthy. The tub was old and rusty. The door to the hotel room was disgusting almost like nothing had been wiped down in forever we’re talking like full on dirt and fingerprints. It was disgusting, they only offer double beds which are super small and the beds were not comfortable at all. All the other La Quintana’s I’ve stayed at the beds are amazing. Tried taking my kids to the hot tub. It was more like a lukewarm tub and we never were able to take a hot shower. The water was always cold. The breakfast was subpar. Not even good for a continental breakfast would not be staying at this location again I’m kind of sad because it has left a bad taste in my mouth for La Quinta, which I have always had a good experiences with in the past.

I liked the hot breakfast, the location and the spacious room
The first thing I do in a hotel room is sanitize what i can...doorknobs, remotes, hard surfaces and toilet. When I lifted the lid to the toilet it was obvious the seat had been sprayed with chemicals because it was filthy.. i think the maid simply forgot to go back and wipe it down, no big deal. However, I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products for the shower/tub and had to remove hair clog from the drain.
Had to ask for new bedding in one of my two rooms because there were multiple red soils. Not sure what it was, but it was not stains.
Also, this may be no fault of the staff but the extra roll of tp provided was completely soaked through. As if someone had dipped the entire thing in water and placed it back under the sink. It was easily replaced but it speaks to how good of a clean you are getting if that as overlooked.
The Jacuzzi was not working as advertised which was one of the main selling points for us. Not many pools are open in February so to find a place with an open heated pool and jacuzzi was very attractive to the kids.
All in all, you get what you pay for. There are reasons it is a 2 star hotel.. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly enough, the breakfast was convenient. But if you like clean, don't stay here. I'm sure the problem is that they are understaffed like every other business right now.

We checked in late and staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was completely appropriate and warm with good choices. On leaving the staff was helpful and offered assistance.
The toilet seat was very old - warped and paint was cracking off of it, but it was clean.

Nice staff.
It's been a long time since this place has seen any real love. Little things like scuffed floorboards, finger prints on door jambs, the small alcove where snacks are kept for sale with nearly empty shelves, gives it the air of tired and worn. I partook of the minimal breakfast and ate nothing the rest of the day, being too busy to stop and eat again. The next day it all ran right through me. I was miserable. No, I can't say that the powdered eggs or sausage, comprised mostly of fillers, was to blame, but there was nothing else in me to cause the upset. It just added to the feeling of a low quality, forgotten hotel.
