Convenient location, beds were comfortable

Showed up right at check in time of 3:00 and 20 min later someone finally showed up to front desk.

I liked nothing about this property!! Even the staff was so unprofessional!! Not one thank you!!

This property was not worthy of what Booking.com has it rated!! 3 Stars is misleading!! Not suitable to live in should be more like it!! First of all when entering the room the temperature was 80’. It’s JULY!! Blood stains on the sheets and soiled pillows. The coffee machine along with the ice bucket was in the dresser drawer. The bathroom wall had splatter marks from someone either coloring their hair or simply tobacco spit. No soap or clean towels. The room wasn’t clean and the sign on the front door said no vacancy!! If Booking.com is going to reserve some of the rooms the hotel should act like they give an ounce of concern whether Booking.com guest get a clean room. I have more photos but you’ve only given me 4 uploads.

The online ad still says breakfast but only had coffee. Also staff (2) ladies stressed cause of overload of work. Just want what i paid for need to update site or provide what you say you've got

The sheets on the bed looks like they are not clean. I am a housekeeping supervisor and you have to pay attention to your work. And when you put the sheets on the bed and they look dirty use common sense and get another set. Don’t put dirty looking linens on a bed.

I picked it for the Breakfast, Then they did not have anything. The price was high for no food.

The lady that checked us in wasn't very talkative. And there is no breakfast.

Must of had change of ownership since last visit. Rooms smelled bad and bedding didn’t look clean. Power went out due to storm and they had no emergency lighting in hallways or a back up generator.

Plastic taped over smoke detector. Tape over one of the sprinklers. Three light bulbs out. Bathroom sink did not drain. Dirty mirrors. Roll of toilet paper empty. Only two wipes in dispenser behind commode. No cover over light in hallway. No coffee in either coffee maker at check in. Ice maker out of order. Pretty much just unprofessional and makes super 8 look very low budget.

When checking in, the front desk clerk could not find my reservation. We spent about fifteen minutes of me showing my confirmation email, etc. but she said sorry, there is nothing we can do. So I told her I will call booking.com customer service. Waited 45 minutes, but that is not booking.com’s fault considering it is memorial day weekend. Kimberly was very empathetic and quickly called the front desk clerk and told her to call her manager so that he can access my reservation and let it through the hotel’s portal. Then the manager accepted my reservation and let it through their system. Finally we got to check in after waiting 1.5 hours. I was disappointed to find that there was no breakfast (even though online it says they offer breakfast), the ice machine was broken (which we needed for our cooler), and my bed sheets had many brown stains. So overall, the stay wasn’t pleasant but I appreciate booking.com agent for solving the issue for us.

Clean, friendly, price, and location

No breakfast due to covid needs to be added to description so people don't assume you have one. Stayed 3 night ice machine never worked

After checking in ice machines are broken and according to staff have been broken for a long period. Air conditioning in room is very subpar noisy noisy noisy no rest here,exhausted I go upstairs for breakfast and told by staff it is no longer available in this location and should have been told upon check-in which didn't happen. Wouldn't advise this location at any price as she will not be satisfied !!!!

Noisy ac unit,no ice as machine has been broken for a while,breakfast not available even after advertised on website!
