The quietness of the location
It looked like the the flooring in the bathroom was not mopped after the last visit. Like there was pee on the floor and and then walked in. The the flooring in the other part didn’t look clean.

The location, the great pool and spacious first floor suite was perfect for our family.
The carpet in the unit could use a good professional cleaning.

Appearance, santa fe style, clean condo, size and clean pool, walking near/right there, games avail, movies, library, coffee avail in lobby, and staff very nice, Ross was very nice and helpful...even gave us extra towels even though that service was closed (went the extra mile) and polite and respectful. Oh also liked to see the mesh on the pool fence to keep our unwanted critters.
Having to leave!! We want to come back now every year to stay maybe for a month or so but not to purchase.

I was surprised and dismayed that I had to pay more &$ over what I paid via Booking
Not happy and was told I had to contact booking, which I have not done yet, as I have been traveling further. Thank told front desk when I was arriving, and they almost closed up even though before my approved times. Not pleased

Helpful office staff ... Amenities ... Clean room ... Location of property for the purpose of my trip ... Hiking ...
If anything maybe the charge for wifi should be included in the stay ...

Everything was awesome
Wifi should be included with the stay. Would be beneficial if guests can stream or cast Netflix, Prime etc. from their phone.

Front desk staff on day 2 was very rude and unprofessional. Dining area tile floor has some sort of nasty stain, looks dirty but won't wash off. Pool doesn't open till 8AM, I think thats late for early risers in AZ.

The location was perfect as we made a quick trip to see my sister, just around the corner. Booking was easy and we felt the pricing was very reasonable. Facilities were top notch.

No Breakfast provided but location of Resort was fantastic.
All amenities that we needed were available, and great attention to detail and customer service were provided by Staff.
I would like to give kudos to Jazmin, Travis and Buck. They handled every request professionally, took care of my concerns immediately.
I would like to thank Jazmin for all the efforts that she went thru to get us checked in and out.
Amenities were great but the personnel were terrific.
Will stay again

Murphy bed was good enough but not the most comfortable

Nice facilities--pool, hot tubs. Good value for spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with kitchen and laundry. Quiet. Nice neighborhood with trails for walking.
Crumbs under sofa.

The facilities were basic and fine, but I thought it was going to be a little nicer with more amenities than the pictures showed.
It was fine. Nothing to not like, but nothing special.

Beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient to our family. Unit was well equipped and the ability to get more laundry detergent, etc is a short walk. Also appreciated the covered parking.
We specifically asked for a quiet room as we have an autistic son who is sensitive to noise. A few days before our arrival someone called to inform us there was construction occurring at the resort but they assured us they could still give us a quiet room away from the construction as they had a lot of people leaving the resort prior to our arrival.
When we arrived we discovered we had been placed in a unit by the basketball court and the playground. When we questioned the location of the room we were assured it would still be a quiet location “no one uses the basketball court during the day”. The woman at the front desk also commented that she had no where else to put us which didn’t seem to align with what we were told two days earlier nor did it seem like the resort was all that busy as there were only a handful of cars in the lot by our unit/the upper units at any given time.
The first night we had to listen to people playing on the basketball court when we were trying to sleep. At 6:45 Wednesday morning we were woken to the sound of jack hammering at the playground where construction was taking place right outside my sons window.
When we checked out, we mentioned our disappointing experience but it fell on deaf ears.
I do not agree with the reviews of this property. The placement of our room led to an extremely disappointing and tiresome experience.
Also the unit lacked cleanliness. I found food in the bottom of the dishwasher from the previous occupants, lint in the dryer wasn’t emptied previously, there was gunk/drips on the front of the bathroom cabinet doors and some of the dishes were absolutely filthy.
Also The master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the unit which affected our ability to sleep well. The resort blocks the ability to lower the temperature in the unit.
