I loved the minimalism of it...that it wasn't overdone. While a good value, its not what I would describe as basic budget although its not opulent luxury either. Its just what you need to be comfortable and appreciate what you're there to do which is ski amazing country and be one with nature. The location is perfect - so easy to get to great skiing and to access amenities at the 3 other hotels. And the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and had beautiful views of the mountain
I wish we'd had a microwave in the room and that there were a few more non restaurant food options. We got tired of eating out, but there wasn't a great assortment in the 2 "markets" and we had no way of heating things up. I will say it was April and a lot of the less casual eating places had closed, so that contributed to our dilemma.

The amenities were great, a full sized kitchen with utensils for cooking, awesome balcony with a great canyon view, the room was really cozy and homie.
I have no dislikes about this property

It was a very warm hotel with a very friendly staff! Fantastic location as my gf and I were in the middle of everything! Fantastic view of the mountains from our room.
Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable at all (they are a pullout)

Everything was great. a nice experience. In fact, we are going back.

The only real positive experience was the incredible view of the mountains. The rest of the area is beautiful as well.
After a nearly 14 hour trip, I arrived at the lodge next in line for check in. The person in front of me didn't know what he wanted and literally had dozens of questions, many he kept repeating. The guy behind the counter was slow on the computer and slow with answers and didn't care that I was waiting. I waited over 20 minutes to check-in. (It took me two minutes once he had time for me, with no apologies for ignoring me and making me wait and was actually rather unfriendly. The bed was lumpy soft and had a horrible squeak. We had to let the water run for 5 minutes to get anything close to hot water. It is off-season and still nearly $200 a night, with most restaurants closed and no microwave in the room. Definitely not worth it.

folks in the hottub were not following the rules: 15 minutes, 5 or fewer people, no glass, no alcohol. they broke them all. 12 people for an hour, no masks, drinking alcohol from glass!

Beds comfortable. Staff helpful
. Parking as good as possible
The resort as a whole is a Maise to get around. Few Maps available. A wall map of each area not just online ski maps but restaurants and shops would be great.
8.3
Outdoor spa and pool was great and very popular. The location is perfect. Kitchen facilities are always a bonus.
Our room did not have a bed, just a fold out couch that was not conformable and the pillows were flat and lifeless. A boot and glove drying room is required.
8.8
Great location. Retro 1970's. Staff were friendly and the heated spa and pool at the end of a day's skiing was a fun way to relax and meet other people.
No heated boot/glove room.
Ski Lockers were a pain to open.
The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable as were the flat lifeless pillows. For the price I would expect more comfortable bedding.
