Disappointed in the staff, breakfast and pool

Beds were just okay. Room was clean

Pool was cols, hot tub jets were malfunctioning. They ran out of milk for cereal and did not get more for three days. Only had waffles. No yogurt, nothing special on weekend. Went to get coffee at 730 and it was not made. No towels at the pool

Great fun for the hole family with breakfast

Location was walking distance to the beach staff extremely nice grounds were very clean breakfast was awesome didn't run out for the last minute people definitely well recommend and well stay agdin

I hour later for pool for adults only would make it perfect

Our stay was great. I have no problem staying there again.

The gentleman that assisted me when I checked in on 5/4 pm was very helpful. I erred and had reserved the wrong dates for my family's stay (I reserved 5/5 through 5/7, instead of 5/4 through 5/6). He was very helpful in working with me and booking.com to correct my mistake. This was the off-season, but I thought the price I paid for what I got was great. The hotel wasn't fancy, but it was clean...that's what I care about most. Please pass onto the worker that helped me that he did an excellent job. Thanks!

The room we stayed in was next to some type of maintenance room. There was a lot of noise coming out of it Monday morning before we checked out.

Wasn’t real clean, ones of chairs was so wobbly you couldn’t use and looking out the window at a junk yard . On lower floor and house behind was a junk yard. We went to enjoy ocean and celebrate our anniversary

Overall I’d stay again but I wouldn’t go in that pool ever again.

The room was mostly clean, the breakfast was good and there was always plenty of food available and stocked. I liked that there was a coffee maker and small fridge in the room.

The beds were small, didn’t seem like queen. The pool was kind of gross and the jacuzzi was broken and the water stagnant, cloudy and green. Looked like a swamp. House keeping never came in and grabbed the trash, replenish the toilet paper or bring towels. The employee Thursday night was kind of rude. Not much parking available. The bedding was so light that it was cold.

Great location, everything is fine. We still want to go back and stay there.

I like the location, it is very easy to find and very close to the beach. The room was clean and tidy. No foul smell.

I didn't like the drainage from the tub it was so slow, and the water pressure from the shower was too weak. It takes time to rinse up yourself.

soft mattress and the pool was open late for adults

breakfast was lacking, no juice limited on yogurts and types of bread.. by the way powder eggs are awful. you could use liquid eggs in cartons and still save time..

The room was secluded so that was nice. And spacious and pretty clean. Very well lit. And big mini fridge

Breakfast was sparse, room was okay but the beds were very uncomfortable. Don't know about the pool as there were various rowdy people taking up all the space during our stay.

Filthy and dirty

The room was filthy filthy. The sink wasn't clean. The tub wasn't clean. There was dirt on the floor and on the cabinets broken the mini refrigerator with filthy inside and out. It was just dirty place

The whole room it was filthy. There were people outside smoking weed, not a safe place to be. The bed was uncomfortable. Could not sleep.

Make sure you ask what they will be charging you when you check in. Hidden fees upfront

Located close to the convention center I attended.

My card was charged an extra $50 an hour after checking in without being informed. When I asked about it. It took ten minutes for an explanation that made no sense. I was told the employee didn't know why I was being charged and it could possibly be an amount that would be refunded to my card in 10 buisness days. I still don't know if this was a true statement because it hasn't been 10 days since I stayed. Both key cards were deactivated at 10 am. An hour before checkout. So I had to have them reactivated just to get my belongings out. Also the bathroom door did not close. The bedside wall lights were stripped out so the lamps hung crooked. I was not impressed by any means

Nightmare! seems as if Days Inn Wyndham Corporate office is aware of the complaints and does nothing.

Absolutely NOTHING!

EVERYTHING! Run down property false advertisement. Rooms were dirty and absolutely deplorable. Poorly maintained by the Owner. Do not recommend staying here.

Beds were uncomfortable. No Queen size beds, only doubles. Room smelled like wet dog or spoiled milk. Parking lot is small. Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors open and close all drawers. No key drop, office closes so no access to vending machines or cups. Checked out early in disgust and was still charged for 2 days, even though I checked out after 1 day st 5:30 AM. My rating is showing as 3.0, I am giving 1.0.

Really good value for the money, big room, and a good enough american breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful.

There was no Wifi in our room, and the only option was really slow wifi at the reception.

Staying during winter is nice for avoiding crowds!

Clean, good location, pool & hot tub were nice.

Beds were very uncomfortable, way to firm.
