Very clean, spacious, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was phenomenal and always stocked.

Not one single thing. We only regret not having more time to spend.

Miserable manager, the fact that travelers can’t take a shower , is unacceptable

No soap during our stay of 4 days , nothing to shower with n was only told sorry. Mattress had two holes in it , asked for another room n told booked up . It’s a 5 floor motel . Dirty/dusty room. Wrote my name on tv stand on credenza. Eventually turned the bed around myself because front desk personnel were busy . Sad manager n lazy night manager . Should received some compensation back for miserable Xmas accomadations . Refund not points . Will not stay at laquinta’s again .

It was like going to visit family because Miranda and Shayla was wonderful.

Miranda and Shayla made my stay very special. To be greeted by both of them when we came for breakfast made me feel like family. The breakfast was exceptional, because of the variety and the cleanliness of the breakfast room.

Unfortunately, upon my arrival, that was a roach, crawling up the wall. But we did not see any more bugs the rest of the trip. We did not report it. We simply killed it and enjoyed our stay.

Just spend the extra money elsewhere

The location of the property the only thing I liked about it. If I could have went over to the Hilton without loosing my money I would have.

The elevators didn’t work 1 barely did and the other one didn’t at all. One day the doors didn’t work having to walk all the way around you parked in the back. Couldn’t find ice on the floor I asked one of the housekeepers and they didn’t even know I checked three floors with them. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work and was NASTY!!! even in my sisters room, the bathroom doors I had to clean they were filthy.

There was a Mistake in our reservation that was no body’s fault and they fixed for us without hesitation

My stay at Laquita was awesome, from checking in with the male gentleman at the front desk to end.

Breakfast was great, my son loves the waffles everything was clean and edible

The house keeper did not go into the room and give us clean towels and take the use ones, but no big deal

The Pros Outweigh the Cons..

The staff was amazing (especially Mr. Brev), the facility was really good as well as breakfast. The location is just perfect! This is our second stay at this location & we plan to return soon for a longer stay!

Our King suite with the separate room for the first night would have been perfect if it had not smelt like wet dog the entire day & night. We did not want to complain so we endured it because we knew we were booked for a different room the next night. Our King with pull out sofa for the second night was almost perfect (due to having to share with our 15 year son)

It was great.

We enjoyed everything especially the free hot breakfast and the heated jacuzzi. The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean.

noisy room: could hear someone revving their car in parking lot in the middle of the night, refrigerator noisy, misc noises on & off all night.
