Bed bugs!

They had bed bugs. Called the front desk, and they didn't answer. They offered me a different room, which I took. The second room was missing half the towels and no soap. Front desk staff seemed annoyed anytime I went to the desk, and got very angry when I confronted them about the infestation. Worst hotel stay ever.

The room was filthy. Weird people walking around the parking lot looking in car windows. Everything about this location was sketchy. Will never stay here again.

Not even close to being worth it

I liked that the terribly rude manager agreed to refund my money and cancel my reservation after she was unable to provide suitable lodging. However, I’m wondering why she tried to charge my credit card the following day. That sure doesn’t seem right.

The general manager, Jessica, could have had less “attitude.” It’s definitely possible she could have attempted to communicate with compassion rather than act as if a guest walking into the office to check in was an inconvenience. I’m sure the people whose room I nearly walked into after being assigned that room myself, were a bit surprised that Jessica had given me a key to their room. It was unpleasant for me, I can only imagine how they might have felt. Oh there is much more that could go on this list!

Needless to say this place has gone down hill since I was here 10 years ago. I will never stay here

The only good/nice/convenient thing was the plug and light switch next to the bed.

The room was dirty, bugs and cobwebs in the window and on the ceiling. The comforter was a thin silk material with toothpaste on it, the bottom sheet did not fit the bed and when I went to fix it I noticed a fairly large red/pink stain on the bed pad. Upon removing the bed pad I was disgusted to see multiple giant pee stains all over the mattress. The mattress was hard as a rock and I would have slept better on the fake hardwood floor that was also not clean at all. Not swept or mopped. I walked around the room for less than 5 mins and my feet were so brown and dirty. The mirror, sink, shower, counters were all dirty with toothpaste, gunk, hair, water spots, etc. The towels and pillowcases had dark hair on them. If I wasn't out of options I would have gone somewhere else. There have been updates made to this hotel but in all the wrong ways. Shower towels should be in the bathroom and not in some 60's yellow circle towel holder out by the sink.
