The location was average. The workers were polite.
The beds were uncomfortable especially Room 103. We were requested to be moved because of the bed and there was a child running around up above our room. Needs a lot of update on the hotel itself. Rooms especially, plumbing and electrical need a majority. Was charged twice because our flight did not leave till Thursday April 11th and we did not arrive till April 12th Friday. We spoke to the attendant at the desk and said the manager will refund us the money. We have not yet got the refund.

Everything. Quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Just tried Panda Express across the street. Great Chinese food. 24 Hour Fitness across the street, too.

Nothing, it was an ordinary place, clean rooms, but nothing else but a place to poorly sleep
The person in charge was knowing on ten door so hard 23 minutes before checking out time, (11:00am) and she told me if I don't get out the room @ 11 o'clock I will have to pay another night. I did spend a few minutes trying to leave the place but still they made me pay for another night, wich I didn't stay!!

The staff is wonderful. Very nice and accommodating. Restaurants are across the street and more in town down the street. Nice view of the bay from upstairs.
Some rooms don't have working blow dryers.

the property looked like it could use some TLC, it was a little run down.

Location has restaurants in walking distance
Breakfast was coffee and package baked good, probably purchased at Costco. The toilet seat had stains, the floors were so dirty, wearing shoes in the room is a must. The hair dryer in the room did not work and rusty and the plug looks faulty. The office chair in the room had white stains.
The front office smelled like cigarette smoke.

The location was really the only positive. There was easy access to everything. the cleaning staff was really sweet. the price was okay in comparison to other hotels however it was overpriced for the quality of the place.
Staff I checked in with tried to take $100 cash deposit after a $200 deposit was already taken from my bank account. The place smelled terrible, the chairs were filthy, the base boards were disgusting, there were burnt up outlets and some didn’t work at all, the wall paper was coming off, the bathroom door was barely hanging in the hinges and you had to wrestle it closed

The first room I was given, the front door would not close securely even with the dead bolt lock on,
The second room i requested the TV didn't work at first, paint peeling around sink area, gap between door and frame.

Location
The rooms are super dark, picking a brighter color for the walls makes the room seem bigger and bright. Unlike dark and Dracula feeling.
