The facilities were in poor condition, the rooms had multiple mystery stains and squishy spots on the carpet, the shower curtain was moldy and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the tv was covered in some kinda grim and the remote didn’t even work, there was a broken chair in the we had no towels in the room and when I called for some they said I had to come get them if I wanted extra even though I never even had them to start with.
The hallway was also full of mystery stains and the walls had wallpaper falling off and water damage, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor

Room 128 was ok.
Room 126 smelled bad, shower curtain rod was broken and laying in the tub, no card saying room was ready. Told afternoon staff and they did nothing. We went out around 4:30 pm and returned at 12:00am, complained again to night shift and they did offer another room, but it was so late by then.

Staff was nice, bed was comfortable
Room needed repair, no toilet paper, no kleenex, hotel was run down

The location of the hotel was good. The staff was excellent
They put me in a room on the first floor, and when I went to go in the door was propped open by the latch on the inside. I didn’t want that room since it was open I got a different room. The room was kinda messy from the strains in carpet the toilet kept running all night long. When I brought it up with the staff, they said they probably couldn’t fix it

The Wendy’s next door was the only thing good about the area
I didn’t know a 20 yo couldn’t get a room, was homeless and still denied my stay and was rude explaining why. they took my money and won’t return anyone’s calls. Booking couldn’t get ahold of them. if you book here be ready for some shady sht!

location
the elevator wasn’t working so we had to be on the first floor. the room needed a complete remodel as the carpet was dirty and wrinkled. the room was clean but that made it seem dirty

I'm a 64 Year old disabled vet, the elevator didn't work, thermostat didn't work microwave TV did not work properly .The room was filthy did not get fresh towels or any cleaning service the 2nd day. The worst hotel stay in my entire life and I've stayed at plenty of hotels all over the country. I selected this hotel based on price and my prior experience with Wyndham and Booking.com. I would love to speak to someone about my experience. They can call me my name is Sam. I have photos that I can share of the unsafe electrical conditions in the Filthy bathroom upon my arrival the non-working microwave was bolted to the small fridge.

It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was mostly okay (couple of attitudes). The location was perfect for us as it was right down the street from my parents' house that we were visiting and just blocks from I-75.
The building was not upkept in a lot of areas like the elevator was broken the entire 4 days we were there, and there was no attempt to even fix it. I'm asthmatic and we had to walk up three flights of stairs with all of our luggage and every time we needed to go to our room. There was no room cleaning available at all. If we needed towels, toilet paper, or anything else we had to walk to the old, dirty stuff down 3 flights of stairs to exchange it for new. There was a toilet brush in the room to clean the room. The girl we talked to about only having one towel and being one more was rude.

I didn’t like the fact when I needed cleaned towels so I can take a shower they never had any. I also had a service dog with me and I kept running in to problems with it and kept getting told pets ain’t welcome, he was a medical alert dog and isn’t a pet but medical equipment.

all the staff were nice
I pulled my sheets back and bed was nasty still have the pictures I asked could I be compensated and no one called me back

Close to my parents
Dirty, window greasy at check in, kid behind desk stayed in back corner. I cleaned my room with Clorox wipes and could feel the grit as I was wiping the counters. The cloths were black when finished cleaning. Heater did not work and when turned on smelt like burnt marshmallows. Cobb webs above my head when showering. I was creeped out by 3 guys that followed me to the hotel entrance, but never came in. I checked out early.

I needed a bed and a shower. job done!
