I don’t recommend!!!!

Nothing at all! Horrible !!!

They charged me for a nite I didn’t stay there very rude staff rooms was filthy,bed bugs ,only one light worked worse hotel I ever checked in in my life!!! Still trying to get my money back when they over charged me a month ago!

dirtiest unhygienic unprofessional

the exit !b I have never experience the worse stay in my whole entire adult life in hotels !! from the broken cracked tv to the smell of dead dog and urine the sheets were dirty had ashes of cigarettes in them !!! the bathroom was dirty yellow smelled like mold and mildew !! I origally had a booking for 5 nights due to running and liking for safety in a hotel from Hurricane Ida since returning home was impossible !! 5 minutes into checking into the hotel I had to run backcdown and cancel the remaining days I am currently pregnant and their was no way I could possible stay any days in this hotel! I went to the front desk spoke to the owner he promised my money for the remaining days would be refunded to give it 7 days from my check out date .. it’s been over 10’days and when I call no one answer the front desk they most have struck orders to ignore my call because I called from my husbands phone and they answered immediately this is so unprofessional and disturbing the fact that a hotel would provide this type of service or should I say ignore and steal from people specially coming from a situation where we have had to run away from our homes that have been damaged and nearly in a complete lost .. I hope this review is able to help someone and avoid them from having this issue as I have been dealing with in the middle of dealing with the disaster in our home from the hurricane and being down to our last penny and being stolen from.

Roach motel

The front desk guy was decent enough to let me have a room an hour early.

There was used needle remains in the bathroom upon my arrival. And we saw roaches in our room. It reeked of cigarettes although i asked for a non smoking room.

Won't be staying at LA Quinta again

The room smelled musty, smelled like smoke. The bed had pee stains on it, under the sheets. When I talked to someone they were surprised about it. I'm like doesn't housekeeping report this to you?, so you guys could help replace the bed?

This hotel was close to where we needed to be which is why I chose it.

The downside is that this property is very tired. The carpet was not diligently vacuumed, the toilet struggled to get water to fully flush (it was that way when we first came in the room) I finally got someone (a member of the owning family) to try to plunge it out but that never really helped. As a result, we went downstairs to the lobby restroom when needed. I asked the same person to check our TV remote control because it seemed to need batteries. He looked at it for a second and deemed it sufficient for use The A/C return air vent was very dirty and sitting up again the bathroom wall and no one seemed to care. The second maintenance man who come up to address the toilet and brought us a new remote. That solved the TV issue. The breakfast consisted of cereal, milk and coffee; nothing else. At least the coffee was decent. The mini fridge actually got too cold. It would start to freeze the sodas my wife brought along. That is a rare treat for most hotels. Last, when I booked to room I asked about elevators; (my wife’s ankle is very bad due to prior a prior auto accident). I was told the elevator was being repaired and not currently operating. So I specifically requested a ground floor. When we checked in, we were given a second floor room because the first floor was sold out. This used to be a decent hotel but has taken a bad turn. I won’t be staying there on the next trip.

A mistake!

Worst booking experience of my life! I only stayed one night and was told I could not get a refund of the remaining days cause "it was in the system already". The staff was absolutely rude and seemed to be on drugs or drunk. The environment outside was absolutely disgusting with the most trashy people walking around doing God knows what. I heard windows breaking and gunshots. I will NEVER STAY at another laquinta ever again!

I didn't like anything and was robbed of my money!

Not today, cockroach.

I liked the lay out of the room. Large bathroom with lots of mirrors and a vanity. It has potential but needs to be cleaned up.

The facility was extremely dirty. There are roaches in the rooms. I had to wipe every wall with bleach to get the cigarette and drug smoke off the walls. Very disappointed. They're was lots of traffic as well. Ghetto.

Starting to be the worst..

I like the that they finally gave me a room with an ironing board. There was no iron and the AC half worked. Not kidding.. But this is just a review and nothing actually ever gets done. . but it is what it is..

I used to appreciate coming to this Hotel but the old guy with all the gold jewelry and his 2 "assistants" are very rude. . . the staff are very rude as well and it makes me not want to stay here anymore. I do have the choice to stay where I choose but this wont be one of my choices anymore.. Sry to say..

went to look at apartments the room was clean bed was comfy so it was enough.

the bed was clean and comfy the room you could tell had been cleaned towels smelled good that was the saving grace of this hotel.

the pool was green i mean green not useable at all the room had no fridge and check in was almost a hour behind so that was frustrating over all the pool was the biggest let down i was looking forward to taking a dip.

Worst Hotel EVER

Absolutely nothing.

First glance, something looked off about the hotel. Going into the room to look around there was blood on the front door as well as the bathroom door. The mirror in the room was completely shattered as if there were a fight that happened there the night before. The front door would not close completely. The hotel is a piece of crap and honestly is not worth the rate being charged nightly. Comfort Inn charges almost the exact price and is so much nicer. Do not waste your money here.

Disappointing

We asked for a non-smoking room and when we entered the room it wreaked so bad of smoke. The ceiling in the shower had mold all over it. No mini-fridge.

Pleasant

It was good for the money! Some bugs and one old guy at the front desk is just rude and not willing to listen to customers. I didn't have any issue, but saw him yelling at other customers. I was standing by the front desk to extended for a week, but left cause of the way the guy was talking to the guest in front of me. Family with a kid was complaining about bed bugs ( none in my room) but they guy told them they can leave tomorrow and that is that.
