Very comfortable stay

The property is very well maintained and it's obvious the owners put a great effort in providing comfort for their guests. The bed was so comfortable and the amenities in the room were a special touch such as dove products, nice big towels, several outlets/USB plugs and a large smart TV. Also, a hot breakfast was a huge plus as well as the convenience of having an ice machine on each floor. Sure, some of the property has not been updated yet but that did not take away from the comfort of our stay. By no means is this property new but it is very well taken care of!

I have no complaints considering the price, location, comfort and amenities were everything we needed.

Smelly stay, would not return.

One of the guests was obviously smoking weed and it stunk up our room. Then throughout the night it smelt like sewage. Then the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and took 20 minutes to turn off when there was no fire.

Average room for a great price. Would stay here again

Place was decent for the price. Room met my expectations but was a little outdated and not the cleanest. Bed was comfortable but shower was super raised from the ground so def feel like that’s a slipping hazard. The included breakfast was average. I wouldn’t get any of the cooked food but the prepackaged stuff was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The room should of been better maintained and cleaner. Shower was too high and didn’t offer single use toiletries it was a big bottle nailed to the wall. Breakfast wasn’t that good but plenty of places nearby to get good food

Old facility, but clean as can be- clean is number one

Cleanliness- no complaints, quiet, cool The bfast was a full bfast -very good- The cleanliness was impressive!!!

Staff could be more informative about when bfast served etc. We were given keys and told where to park But that’s ok. I would book this place again It’s an older facility which is easily dealt with if it’s clean, which it was!!!

the facility was gross. pix on your site do NOT reflect the condition of the place. the parking lot is filled with broken glass beer and liquor bottle shards, the room was dirty (floor, sink, etc), the building smelled moldy. our bathroom had moldy caulk everywhere that was painted over white — I only noticed the black mold because the paint is peeling off. my daughter and I felt unsafe being there.

We will never stay at this hotel again

The breakfast was okay. There was some protein options.

From the start, no one was at the desk when we came to check in. Then our key didn’t work to get in to our room, they changed our room. The room wasn’t super clean, the beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The other guests were so loud throughout the night we couldn’t sleep.

Fairly good price. We had 2 dogs with us that they accommodated at a fair price. Good breakfast.

Our reservation was for 3 people and 2 rooms. When we got there they only had us down for 1 room and 2 people. Fortunately they had available rooms. While mostly clean (sink, tub, desks) the floor was dirty. The dogs slopped water on the floor and when we wiped it up the towel was brown. We made sure we didn't go barefoot.

I stayed with my wife here for a week I became I'll my legs swelled so much that I couldn't walk to good. The front desk gentlemen help out I went to hospital week later I booked two more nights for my wife. I called to let them know my wife would be checking in.it was the gentlemen he said yes I remember you two I'll take care of everything and wanted to know how I was doing. And took care of my wife's hotel needs. Asked about me each day wished me well.

Very trashy, do not suggest.

It was a place to rest with our dogs after a 10 hour drive.

This la Quinta charges $15 / pet Which I haven’t experienced before. The location was very sketchy and extremely dirty. The room had water damage on the ceiling. The floor was not swept either. Lastly, the hallway to the rooms smelt of nothing but urine. 😷

Ok for price.

Friendly staff. Good location.

We stayed four nights. The hallways and room smell like cigarettes. The bed made a noise like it was going to fall apart just by sitting on it. The hairdryer was broken. Between 3:30 - 4 am you can hear contractors/maintenance crew in the parking lot getting ready to leave. We stayed at another La Quinta in Chattanooga the night before, their breakfast was great. This La Quinta didn’t have half of the breakfast items.
