Great place to stay

I loved everything

Convenient location. The employees were very nice and helpful.

It was a little hard to get to the property. There were no bath towels and I had to get redressed to go to the desk. The TV was a little hard to get on, but the desk clerk was very helpful.

The lady that check us out. Tried to say that my debit card didn't go through. Even though I told her that the money had been taken out of my account and even showed her. She made us left and get cash and then she threw a fit when we asked for a receipt. She charged my card $146. But went we paid cash she only charged us $129. I'll be calling to hotel tomorrow and speaking with the manager. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Toilet consistently running and no air circulation in bathroom

The room was extremely clean and smelled nice.

I did not like the breakfast. The potatoes were cold and the scrambled eggs were runny. The bed was too hard for my liking.

Lamp broken in room next to bed phone not connected and tv had problems with and breakfast was fair. The staff rude and didn’t want to help with the issues

The location was okay.

Where do I begin? I purchased the Family Suite, which was advertised as having two rooms with a door between them & two beds. When we got to the hotel, the 2nd "bed" was this horrible tiny little worn out fold-out couch with a MASSIVE bar right in the middle. It was virtually impossible to even sit on, let alone lay on & sleep. The floors leading up to & inside the room hadn't been vacuumed at all. I have photos of several places up to & inside the room that clearly show a complete lack of any cleaning going on besides making the bed. The walls were greasy & had gigantic stains running down them, the furniture had massive stains on them that, when wiped with a small piece of toilet paper, were easily removed, clearly showing a complete lack of cleaning. None of the doorknobs in the Family Suite had functioning locks. Every single knob was broken in some way, shape or form. I was unable to prevent my associate & I from walking in on each other while using the restroom, several times in fact. The extra blankets in the closet weren't folded, they were just thrown in a pile on the top shelf. I also noticed some very strange groaning sounds coming from the elevator, & upon further inspection we noticed that the Safety Certificate for the elevator was over a month expired. We used the stairs after that, as I had my 4 year old son with me & I cannot risk his safety. While on the topic of the elevator, there were MASSIVE grease stains all over the walls & buttons, the floor was absolutely disgusting & even had an empty cigarette pack in the corner that was pretty old, meaning it had been there for a while. Several amenities just weren't functioning. Even the ice water by the front desk was empty, the pool was closed at odd times when it should have been open, & the staff was incredibly unprofessional & amateur.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of selections.

The staff could not keep ahead of the crowd during breakfast. Coffee needed refills, eggs needed refills. Construction workers left a mess all over the place. But we appreciated that workers left early in the day.
