Didn’t have breakfast. Would like to enjoy my coffee. But housekeeping didn’t want to give me enough cream and sugar

Food was just ok and Al Dente was unexpectedly closed when the Snowshoe app said it was open. Of all the meals I ate there, the breakfast was the best with good food and no crowds.

We arrived to check in after hours. We had confirmed by email that late check in was available. After a 7 hour drive, we arrived on a Friday night and no one was there to check us in. It was tough to find the hotel but when we finally did, we could not get into our room. No one answered the customer service phone line and no signs were posted with instructions. We had followed all of the emailed instructions but were stuck since no one was available to help with check in. We were thinking we had to sleep in our vehicle and started charging it. Eventually, I reached the Booking.com agent to ask for help but the phone call disconnected twice due to the remote location. Later that night, the Booking.com agent emailed me about another location to go to for check in. This was probably the worst check in experience of my life. Around 2am in the freezing cold we finally were able to access our room and bring our luggage/gear inside. Never again. I do not recommend staying here. Basic room, overpriced, poor service, bad skiing.

Everyone was very nice and helpful.
The food was great. Was disappointed at Cantina restaurant. Placed on a list and was told it was a 20 to 30 minute wait. About 45 minutes I checked with them again and the host told me that they had just seated us. Well, obviously it was not us so we waited another 20 minutes. Took over an hour to get our food. Food was good, but we spent so much time trying to eat that were unable to ski anymore that day before the lifts closed.
In our room the sleeper sofa was broken and there was no way to be able to use it. Had to call and they changed our rooms, but it was a pain since we had all unpacked and settled in.

great proximity to the ski lifts and village.
found hairs on pillow and sheets. Room appeared to be picked up and tidy but not necessarily cleaned. Considering we had an extra charge on the room for “Covid-19 cleaning fee” this was upsetting but overall comfortable.

It was between seasons - not all shops were open - Not a sit down breakfast venue anywhere - drove to the foot of the mountain for breakfast 6 miles away

The location and views from the room
The price is high for the condition of the room. The floor was in pieces and the curtains were torn.

The location
The room was very poor. The chairs to the dinning table were torn and rusted.
The couch was stained, the bedding was very worn and out dated, the floor in the bathroom had paint and plaster all over it there were no base boards the TV was small and placed on the desk while a wall bracket was on the wall

Location right in village.
Having to check in about 125 yards from actual hotel. Allegheny springs

Great location loved night skiing !!!
Disappointed with staff this visit. Too many staff members were short and curt throughout village.

Great location. Designed for skiers. Small but well-equipped. Beautiful views.
No WiFi. Even if you are doing digital diet you still need check internet for things like map and weather. Plus cellular signals are bad in the area so by staying there you feel you are isolated and may not get necessary information if there is an emergency.
9.0
The location is great, ski in ski out and great view on the slopes. Very bright room, super well equipped kitchen (only a sponge was missing ^^) and spacious room and bathroom.
The floor would need some renovation and the bed was a bit hard/thin.
Please add to the description that check-in is at the "Top of the world".
