Most disgusting hotel ever

Absolutely the most disgusting experience ever…was told it was a non smoking room, it wasn’t, it reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom was disgusting. I left to have dinner and went to buy cleaning supplies. After I cleaned the whole bathroom and sink area, I noticed there were no towels. Went downstairs to pick some up and no one was there(about10:30pm) I called the number left at front desk and he tells me he’s busy and hangs up on me. I call him back and he says what’s the problem? I say I have no towels, and he asked my room number and then says I’ll be right there. I waited 45 minutes, he never shows. Right then, as I’m sitting in a chair, a cockroach starts crawling across the bed. I immediately left and checked into another hotel.

Only two pillows on the king bed. Only one bath towel and wash cloth. Remote control that didn’t work.

Cheap for a reason

It was in good location

There was no cord for the tv there was stains ikon the towels the bathroom sink had a very foul odor and the shower clogged up.

Nothing like the online pictures. When I first got there no one at the counter, just a sign with a phone number. Second, super sketchy area, the room was old, the sheets were stained, the refrigerator didn’t work, the rest room was dirty, the tub was old, and moldy, the sink had yellow water all over it. I’ve stayed at numerous places, and this has been the worst, even when comparing to a third world country.

Close to softball complex

Someone went into room while we were gone and took food from fridge. When complained to manager he did not believe us.

This La Quinta was OK but I wouldn't recommend it

It was hardly a breakfast, just waffles and a variety of juices & coffee is a "snack"

The walls were dirty and the cable connection was broken so we had the TV off for the whole first day and in the middle of this summer heat the pool was clsed😠

1. Sheets had stains all over them. 2. Toilets wouldn't flush. 3. When my mom pulled the sheets a large blade knife fell on her foot. Yes! From the bed. 4. At 5 am someone tried getting in to get our room.

Fair. Not much to like about the dining or the food offering. Had waffles, they were fair, but only had a small bottle of syrup and it was not very good, had no flavor.

I would stay there again

The breakfast was fine. Fairly good selection. We enjoyed it.

Booking.com dropped the ball. Our reservation was not in the hotels system. Fortunately they had a room and the staff put it in for the price we were shown on booking.com. They were very helpful and courteous, wanting to make sure we were happy. Hotel rating- 4 stars, Booking.com rating- 1 star.
