Friendly staff, clean room, great location, and is surrounded by most things you might need.
We made arrangements for a late check out, but the info wasn't passed from one employee to the next, causing issues and defeating the point of asking to begin with. Additionally, it was a bit overpriced in our opinion.

Breakfast could have had more options. The manager was amazing. We stayed for an event, our event was postponed due to bad lighting storms. We arrived back at the hotel wet and disappointed and the manager was so kind. She my daughter and myself a fresh batch of cookies and directed us to the 24 hour hot tub. The room was clean as the pool are was as well. We appreciate so much the kindness given us from the manager and staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything. Ashley, Matt. All of them are great people. Clean. Comfortable. I can call home honestly.
Nothing the hotel can control.

They kicked us out because of my kids running around on my room and that’s horrible and I asked them if I can stay one more day because my kids have school and they refuse and said where not willing to lose another customers. And the employees. Always have a frown face.

Walk in the hotel smelled clean! Heavy bleach smell may be from the pool, reminds me when I clean the house, and my wife smells that bleach
The pull out the couch was not that great. Sleeping on the floor would have been better
2nd door needs oil. Maybe it was a mechanism for the clerk to hear the door open?

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had our two dogs with us and they were very engaged in ensuring the dogs were comfortable and greeted them at every occasion they came through the lobby. Desk check-in and check-out was a snap. Excellent breakfast (from 6am-10am) with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt and 24X7 coffee. Indoor pool and hot tub, I only wish I'd remembered my swimsuit, A great outlet mall a mile away w/ high speed charge stations for our EV and great restaurant recommendations from the staff. Many choices close by. Because we had dogs, they booked us into a King Disability room with hardwood flooring and it was extremely roomy. The dogs love the cool of the hardwood floor after a long day showing off at the Celtic Kennel at the Seattle Highland Games!
Walls between the rooms are a little thin and the room next to us was a bit noisy and raucous one night but at least not too late, gave up about 11pm. We didn't bother complaining because we hadn't gone to bed and we felt they would have quieted down if we'd knocked on their door or called the front desk to intervene so won't ding them for this.

The facility looked kept.
My towels and bed had hair, the toilets were not clean underneath the bolts where the seat flips up and down. There was pee and God knows what else…

Breakfast was ok but there was no breakfast meat supplied.
Staff was friendly.
Condition of room:
Overall dark and gloomy
Sheetrock on corner in bathroom is damaged and painted over
Drain in bath tub is no longer attached
Only one bar of soap for $200+ per night - cheap

The staff was extremely helpful and nice.
I was very surpriced to see that all the dishes and glasses was made of styrofoam and the cutlery of plastic. In our time when most peopel try to use less plastic and of course styrofoam this is not acceptable.

Breakfast
Check in! Took 40 minutes because computer system was down. Desk manager called support but they didn’t seem very helpful or patient. His second call went better. It was 11 pm. Frustrating after long day!

Staff was amazing!. I liked how main lobby doors locked at a certain time, makes it a little safe.
Too much homeless around the facility and area. Need to have security on site at night, to make Visitors feel safe with no worries.

I enjoyed the waffles and the yogurt. I enjoyed using the pool and hot tub in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
It would be nice to have more toppings for the waffles/oatmeal and some more fruit options at breakfast.

encountered the rudest manager ever! my family member turned away after I booked their room. policy forbids someone paying with different card or last name. beware ! booked with holiday inn instead. manager should be fired !
