It was a nice place to stay and the staff was very helpful.

The property was quaint. It is next door to a very old well known restaurant. They provide wine during their happy hour.

Parking was an issue although they did accommodate.

I enjoyed my stay the room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean. They offer free car service within the Bay Harbor area which I didn’t find out about till my last day. But there are restaurants within walking distance: friendly staff. Overall I would recommend this place

I did not like that the walls are super thin so I was able to her conversation and even the tv next door from me. For breakfast they have bagels, croissants, juice, coffee just very simple breakfast.

OK stay in Miami Beach

Nice room, friendly staff

Really difficult to find parking (the hotel only has 12 spots which were full) and no parking garages available nearby. Breakfast was very basic.

Good location, passable hotel - fine for a night or two

Good location. Walking distance to Surfside beach and a lot of restaurants. Comfy bed, spacious and clean room.

It really doesn’t offer much in terms of amenities (e.g. no pool). The breakfast buffet was weak. The staff could have been more helpful.

Shower was very slippery..Had to buy rubber shoes. Room was small, had to keep asking for towels. One day no house keeping at all.. Also, very surprised there was no place to sit outside except the porch. And no pool? It's Florida.

Location was excellent, 10 min walk to the beach. Comfortable and stylish room. Nice to have parking available.

Walls we're quite thin, could hear the room next door clearly. Breakfast was sparse but alright.

For the purpose of our visit the hotel has a very good location. Biggest problemis maintenance and housekeeping: - The telephone didn’t work - The armature of the shower didn’t Work - The door to the room was squeaking - The room carpet was extremly dirty, see picture of towel after walking barfeet on the csrpet

I found everything to be perfect. I don’t like big touristy hotels. This one was more than perfect in every sense. The staff were amazing , always smiling…always attentive. The fruit which stays out all day for everybody….what a great idea.. I cannot find one fault My two weeks stay in this hotel will happen again when I return in November…can’t wait. Thank you staff members.

The fact there is no washing machine and dryer.

Tops!

Small, intimate and friendly hotel, making you feel home away from home. Excellent location, minutes walk from beach, supermarket, CVS etc. Front desk Sheena and Felicio were "tops", always willing to help or provide whatever you needed. They even provided a dog food bowl for my dog!

The ice machine never had ice during my almost 2 week stay.

the front desk staff were awesome. when we got to the room, we found hair on the sheets and not hair from someone’s head

only things I liked the property was that it was walking distance to the beach and the shower head.

no pool, no iron in the room, no hair dryer.
