I know where I'm at, And would like to be able to watch or see my vehicle

It was disappointing bathtub leaked was told they would be there in morning to fix nothing! Decided to ask for a refund or late check out since it was 12pm and leave early since the cops were there there was no room to see my vehicle and the shower leaked so bad It gave me a headache he said he would charge me 40 dollars for the late check out and still no credit!

Water leaking! And room wasn't able to see vehicle! Asked to be changed rooms and was not accommodated!

If you book, ring the hotel direct the night before to make sure they have not cancelled without telling you

Located near to where we wanted to be

The management cancelled our booking prior to our arrival without actually informing us, blaming booking.com. The booking was still active on booking.com. Another customer also had same problem using a different booking agency.

Affordable stay with fridge and microwave

Mini fridge and microwave were a plus. The first microwave didn't work, but staff replaced it promptly. All essential toiletries included. Clean rooms and quiet area behind school. Although isolated area, the police station around the corner made me feel pretty safe. Overall, it is good value for the money and would stay here again when in the area.

Could have a couple more towels. Our room was for four but only had two towels. I didn't ask for more since we were just spending one night.

Not a Five Star hotel, but was perfect for my overnight stay.

Was very quiet

Bathroom needs repairs and I saw a baby roach in bathroom. It was hard to turn on shower.

Good place to stay just off Highway 395.

No breakfast at this site. Sam was very attentive and kind.

Need a pet relief area. No place for dog to do her business. Outside the premises was not lighted, only street and rocks. Shower was difficult to use. but Sam helped me with it.

The owner need to sleep in their hotel a least one night.

The amiability from the worker behind the office .

The bathroom was dirty then the worker gave me another room which was smelling a cigarette and they charge me $130 for a room which if a fall sleep just a couple hours was a lot. And no breakfast included.

can’t believe it had good reviews.

nothing. it was appalling. if we had gotten there earlier, would have gone somewhere else.

dirty. mold. bed broken… springs squeaky. Hole in bathroom wall. broken drawers. 2 towels and one shower packet for (3) people. no coffee. NO advertised BREAKFAST. Looks like people live here. pics are all from inside the room. threadbare bedding! the walls and doors are DIRTY. tried to not touch anything and left as soon as possible in the morning.

The room was nice and comfortable. Very nice customer service from front desk gentleman, he was very helpful.

The countertops were not cleaned at all. I cleaned them myself, especially the bathroom counter and mirror, just so my stay was acceptable. Some people would have refused the room. This was the only thing wrong with the room. Please retrain the housekeeping.
