I enjoyed my stay and I would book again --next time handicap accessibility if one is available

I enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning and coffee as often as I liked. I enjoyed the room although it was not handicap accessibility. It was on the 1st floor

I did not enjoy dogs barking in the building at intervals and the alarm(smoke detector) sounding. Someone was smoking in the stairwell which triggered the smoke detector IT WAS LOUD!

Very nice property, well kept inside and out. Also, good staff.

Breakfast was great and server did a good job keeping food updated. Facility was very nice and room was also very nice. Comfortable mattress. Front desk person was also very nice and informative. Overall good job. If we ever travel that way again we'll spend the night at that location.

I really couldn't think of anything I didn't like. Please continue to do what you are doing to serve the traveling public.

Would not recommend.

Location was ideal and free parking was a plus.

Hallways were loud all night, breakfast was a 1/10, old rooms that weren’t very clean, water in shower was labeled wrong, and no one could help when my son left something in the room after we left. Communication was hard.

Unsafe, not clean, Management don’t care

Room size

Room was half way cleaned. Found hair in bed and bathtub. One of the pillows in our room didn’t have a pillow case on it, asked for the “Manager” and he told us he was unable to give us a pillow case because the only people who had access to the linen was housekeeping and they left at 3. When returning from dinner, in the parking lot I was approached by a man claiming to be homeless asking for money. When I tried to walk past the man he blocked me momentarily then let me walk by. When I entered the hotel I alerted the staff (manager, who didn’t even get out of the chair )of the man in the parking lot and how unsafe it made me feel and looking toward the camera screens on the wall told me he didn’t see anyone. We went to our room, packed and left immediately. Not only does this hotel have cleanliness issues but the safety of their guests is obviously not their priority.

I plan to book at this location again in the future and would encourage others to do the same.

I loved the location of the property, convenient to everything. The property was very clean and smelled amazing each time we entered the building or our room. Separate smoking area away from entry points was a huge bonus. Hotel staff from the front desk to Housekeeping were absolutely amazing! Jay, from the front desk,made the stay memorable and gave great food recommendations!!

My shower may have been a handicap shower because it was posted on the side wall and only reached waist high.

Do not understand how this hotel received such high ratings. Huge disappointment.

The bathtub did not have a shower head that could be raised above your midsection. It was broken. The room and hallway had a funny odor.

The breakfast did not even offer water to drink.

Excellent customer service indeed but housekeeping I’m definitely not a fan.

Excellent customer service, very professional and personable!

One of the beds had a red stain and what seemed to be a food stain as well on the duvet.

It met my needs and was convenient.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The heating/air unit wouldn't adjust, tv remote didn't work well, the fan and light in the bathroom were on the same switch so I couldn't hear the tv or my wife talking to me from the bedroom and the coffee was lacking!

The receptionist and the lobby were clean

The room, the curtains was nasty, a dirty towel was left hanging up, toothpaste in the sink, and the padding in the sheets were nasty.
