I paid for a queen suite with two queen beds, and received two FULL beds. We measured the beds and the measurements exactly matched up to a full bed. Went down stairs to talk to the front desk and they continued to lie and assure me that it was a queen bed. Received no price difference for the down grade.

I have stayed here numerous times in the past and have been pleased. This was not one of those times.

It was close to my class reunion.

There had been a sprinkler pipe that had busted about three months ago. They were still in the process of renovations. I think that this should have been disclosed on the website that part of the hotel was under construction. The options for breakfast were adequate at best. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak.

Great stay, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores.

The front desk receptionist was really nice and helpful!

The price was a little high. I feel like it should be points off after you stay at comfort inn so many times.

My stay was almost satisfactory. We won't stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone we like.

The breakfast was edible, the room was mostly clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and mostly courteous.

The mildew smell in the hallway on our floor was disturbing. We could hear the interstate traffic clearly from our room.

The hotel rooms smelled, they are doing construction due to a sprinkler system breaking so be aware of that before you stay, that could be the cause of the smell. My family had to change rooms due to smell and uncleanliness. Overall the location was good.

I would return if I had to be in this area again.

The only reason why I am not giving them a 10 is that they are still cleaning up a burst pipe from last December so the carpet is missing in various areas of the hallways on each floor. Since this is now February I sorta feel like recarpeting should be completed, especially since it is in patches, not the entire floor. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn't eat the breakfast because I didn't have time but it looked good! There is a fantastic little patio area complete with a gas fire pit and a BBQ Grill if you're doing a longer stay.

I believe the repairs could be completed by now.
