They gave our room to someone else when we didn't show up under our name. I picked the wrong dates

ok breakfast- clean area and provide the basics. I think there could be more options.

Good staff, lumpy bed

The computer went down and the cashier took people's numbers to call if it came back up. Down for a few hours.

The bed and sofa were worn very bad and lumps. The place needed cleaning. No compensation for the delayed sleep. I went to work sleepy. Tossed all night on the lumpy bed.

My husband and I stayed one night. We had a great stay. Bed was comfortable, breakfast the next morning was great.

The bed was very comfortable

The man who checked me in was unfriendly. I am hard of hearing and he seemed to resent having to repeat himself. He never smiled once. The shampoo dispenser fell off the wall. The shower head could not be adjusted. One of the hand towels was dirty

Easy parking, good facilities and comfortable

Well located. Liked the pull out couch so our kids didn’t have to share a bed. Pool was warm.

We were likely there at a busy time but the breakfast space was hectic. Too many people for the small area.

Front desk lady was very nice, very clean room

The line was so long for breakfast. No coffee. We didn’t wait so we left. People were loud around us. I don’t think we will be returning. We paid 150.00 a night and it sure wasn’t worth that much.

Facilities were horrible. If I would’ve known upfront about the maintenance problems, they were having I would’ve booked

Nothing to mention here. Facilities were pretty bad. I would definitely not stay here again.

The hot tub was not hot. And jets did not work. When I brought this to the managers attention, he said it was not up and running due to recent maintenance or something… They did not notify this prior to checking in if I had known this I would’ve booked at La Quinta. I feel it was pretty deceptive not to tell us upfront about this.

Nice hotel. Great location for our needs.

Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly

Neighbors having a huge yelling fight late at night. Breakfast was meh! Ended up at IHOP (directly across the street)

I liked the staff and how kind they were. The breakfast was delicious as well my kids really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place

The staff at the reception was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

They seem to be understaffed as there was some waiting for check-in and also response to requests. I had to move out of the first room that I was assigned as it was noisy because of a dog squeaking and barking from an adjacent room. The room that I moved in had a strong smell from recent cleaning, and its carpets were also not completely dry.

Absolute Nightmare

The only thing I liked was the coffee that was available but aside from that nearly everything was horrible. Even the flooring in the bathroom was coming up.

The bathroom door lock didn’t work, the widow had a hole in the screen and was missing weather stripping so a draft came in. the beds had metal rods poking out ( witch my son fell on and cut himself on ) the room was filthy. The carpet was stained, The tile in the bathroom was loose and coming up. The smoke alarm kept going off because the batteries needed to be replaced. It was honestly a embarrassment and should not be listed on any website

Great Staff, but room had odor.

Staff were great and very respectful.

The musty odor of the 2nd floor room was almost unbearable. It was late so we didn't let front desk know until morning.

Great place to stay! Comfortable and the extra amenities made it worth the price!

The beds were comfy and the room was big enough to hold 3 adults all sleeping in different beds. It was great to have the complementary breakfast daily. We also used the grill one evening to bbq. We stayed a week so used the laundry facilities and the spa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The hot tub could of been hotter, but it was a cold spurt outside so that could of been why.
