The location was in a nice area and the staff was very friendly.

The cleanness and the free breakfast But it is a nice Facility

I didn't care for the ramps on the second floor. It's hard for senor going up and down with a full cart The towels would be better a little Thicker for older heavier people. They're real thin, and you need to use 2 sometimes.. I would like a little later time on the breakfast But it's a nice set up.

A great value for the money.

The room size was really wonderful and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was too firm for my back, but I commonly have that problem in medium range hotels. The breakfast was just adequate for me... I have a gluten allergy so that's always hard.

Disappointing

The location was quiet, bed was comfortable

I saw a couple of other "residents" who appeared to be homeless. There was a man sitting inside the back end of the building, on the stairs, smoking. Windows at back side of building that were wide open, no window in the frame to close, and it was cold and raining outside.

The hotel is tired and worn, needs decorating badly. Breakfast wasn't enough tables had to wait until one came available and food was cold. If I was giving it stars they would not have any

Fine but more expensive than anticipated and that annoying drip.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a drip from the roof to a metal plate covering the air conditioner and it was very loud and continuous. Also I paid $35 extra each night for our small dog that traveled with us. I assumed the the extra money was used to deep clean the room and was told that was not the case. I think $70 was a little high high

The hotel was nice even if the bathroom was old and needed remodeling. The room was okay.

Location was great, yet quiet neighborhood

bathroom sink was clogged, outdated. tv remote control wasn’t working.

The breakfast was fine everything was hot and readily available. They had cream cheese but no bagels seemed odd. The fitness center was nice

The entire building was old and outdated stained carpet ripped wall paper dirty floors cracked tiles rips and burn holes in curtains

This day was pleasant to say the least.

I really appreciated the fact that the property presented coffee all day that was outstanding!😊

I didn’t like the fact that the property appears to need a rebooting, carpet, couch,ceiling, and so forth.
