Lost power and they had screwed the windows shut on the 3rd floor!! Wtf

It was an okay place

Location

Pool was closed and front desk seemed to know nothing about it. Power went out around midnight and was restored just before 4am. My husband requires a CPAP machine so he had to stay awake until power came back on.

Convenient for our needs.

The location was perfect for the things we had planned to do while in Redding. There were many restaurants and a laundromat in close proximity. It was a very short distance to the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay and family.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for our adult grandson to sleep on. We ended up taking the mattress off the metal frame and closing the bed then putting the mattress on the floor...better but not great. While taking the mattress off, several things that had dropped down under cushions fell out and the underside of the sofa needed a good vacuuming. Wifi wasn't that great, but we weren't in the room too much. We asked for an extra pillow for my grandson and the clerk told him that there were no extras, that he should take one of the three on the queen beds and reluctantly gave him bedding to use. Food selection for breakfast was pretty lackluster.

Will not stay there again!

To quote my husband, 'crap'..but for the room rate, I guess you get what you pay for....The breakfast room was a large size closet.

The place was a non smoking hotel. The lobby smelled like smoke! The room carpet was stained, the bathroom door knobs were falling off. The bed was not on the frame, bugs in the room. Pink mold in the shower caulking, bathroom drain plug broken, bed was lopsided and slanting. Elevator tracks had food and garbage in the tracks. The elevator doors and room doors were dinged, scuffed and scratched. When they painted the walls, the roller hit the ceiling and they left it that way. I just can't ....... Staff was marginal, not friendly or professional.

For $140 it was not worth the price

Rm 110 - the air was blasting on high and the room had a strong unpleasant odor of dog urine. We were moved to room 220 and the carpet had stains all over with some being sticky. No towels in the room.

Well lit parking lot

Fire alarms went off twice, both were false alarms. Tv didn’t work, network was spotty. Room had a coat, pair of socks and bottle left on floor under bed which I did find until morning. When I told front desk they just asked for room number and said oops, sorry

I need my refund of 130 dollars I never stayed there because I wasn’t gonna give her my card knowing that booking.com ch

I came there at 12:30 midnight with the confirmation umber and PIN number to my reservation but the receptionist said she couldn’t find it, I spent like 30 mins waiting to see if she would find it she just kept say no and was more interested in running my debit card again so she can charge me again and said I should call booking.com on the phone. I think she was just pretending so I pay her twice. I left and slept in my truck. Now I’m trying to get my money back and it’s almost impossible. I wanted her to see my confirmation number and PIN number of the reservation on my phone but she wouldn’t even look at it.

Didn’t stay, I would encourage you not to.

Didn’t stay, after seeing the first room I asked for a change…second was just as bad, I stayed at a different hotel.

Everything you look at is dirty, from the front door to the reception desk. The snell of choir bleach was so strong in the lobby it made my eyes water. The first assigned room had mold growing on the walls and the second/room change was just as smelly with dirt all over the floors.

Friendly staff, but overpriced, and is a nasty hotel

Friendly staff throughout my whole stay. Allowed dogs to stay with you for an additional charge. Location was perfect.

Where do I even start? Gave us the wrong room at first, our actual room was DISGUSTING, the ac made a horrible rumbling constant bang when on, the pool is closed and was not warned beforehand, ran out of breakfast in 1 hour after opening 2 days in a row, lobby had dead roaches by the fireplace, key cards to get into our hotel were needed to be reset, dirty towels left in rooms from previous guests, bedspread had dried blood on it, floors were sticky, toilet leaked, sink leaked, and sofa bed was crusty and dirty! I wish I would have known I could post pictures or else I would have taken so many!!

Location was central for food and shopping

Room had gum stuck on the wall, the tv barely worked, lamp shades were tattered, view of a parking lot. Hallway wreaked of smoke, pool was completely filthy. This place was disgusting and I felt bad for my wife and daughter for having to stay there even for a night. Grossly over priced, a motel 6 would have been better and less money. Would never stay here again.

A comfortable stay with easy access from the highways, accessible for people in wheelchairs and with mobility issues.

The room was large and easy for me to access in my wheelchair. The bathroom and shower were so easy to use. Thank you so much.

The outside of the building seems like a paved parking lot only. Some trees or shrubs would add to the overall experience.

will not stray here again and I will not recommend it to others.

it was in a good location and the cleaning staff were extremely nice considering I had to stay a while due to a home remodel and having no one to stay with.

the room had some issues and the bathroom was smaller than my pantry. the beds were extremely uncomfortable and because my stay ended up longer than anticipated the front desk staff locked me out of my room so I would come up to the front desk to talk to them. I reached out to the manager with no return phone call. I was paid up for my stay when I was Locked out of my room.

Exceptional

The breakfast was good and the location was also very handy to the freeway. The manager Theresa and one of the staff, Crystal were so friendly and helpful. We were stranded for an extra day due to the I-5 being closed because of snow and Theresa made us feel like old friends. I would recommend this property to anyone

Great size for families, would stay again

Price, size of rooms, extra sofa bed, and clean.

Breakfast could be improved (waffles not working, milk was chunky even though not expired), some fruit would be nice. We got a call when we were all asleep about a noise complaint, wasn't us, so waking up our family after a 14hr drive wasn't ideal.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was as dirty and falling apart.

It was dirty and falling apart. The room smelled. There was dirt everywhere. A hole in the ceiling. Boogers on the wall. Noisy. Mold in the window (that was falling apart).

nothing they did not let me stay here even though I stayed the week prior this time they said I needed a deposit which I did not have so they would not let me stay and I have not gotten refunded the money I paid for the room

there was no communication that I would require a deposit to check in, especially given the fact that I stayed here last week so when I tried to check in, they did not let me so I paid for a stay I was not able to have did not get my refund waste of money

Great stay

Great location, room was an amazing size, clean, welcoming, comfortable. Gated free parking was a PLUS!

Strangely, we felt like we were on a boat in the parking area underground. It was very weird. The room heater was set to a warm temp but we were still cold.
