It was gross. Very dirty. We will not be staying here again.

The pool was good.

The entire hotel seemed dirty and gross. Our room especially was not clean. The room smelled really bad. The pullout sofa bed had not been cleaned and did not even have sheets on it, so it was unusable. Even after talking to a manager about our complaints, we were not assured of even a partial refund which we requested since we paid extra for the suite with the pullout sofa bed. We will not be staying here again.

Smelt like cat piss or old floors when we got to the room I guess you get what you pay for there was holes in the carpet bed and pillows uncomfortable the TV didn't work there was also outlets that weren't covered and wires hanging out.....

Way Below Expectations

The staff on hand were very courteous and helpful

The hotel was dingy and gritty looking. There was mold on the walls and on the ceiling of the bathroom. The beds were worn out, it felt like we slept in a divot all damn night. The TV was not working, nor was the phone. After checking on the price through other booking services I found that we overpaid by about $80.00 which was waaay too much considering the condition of the property. Very disappointed that I was misled in believing that this was a clean place to stay. I feel like we got ripped off.

Amazing staff in a run down hotel that needs work.

The front desk person was amazing. Super helpful with all the issues.

The hotel was dirty, walls were marked up with food, crayons, and nail polish. Had to switch rooms because of a broken door handle. Issues with the toilet and no towels in the room.

This hotel for the price was very disappointing.

The cleanliness of this hotel is not good! The bathroom was dirty and there was food splatters on the wall by the bed and other places around the room. There has been very little quality control.

The staff was really nice and the price was right

The bathroom sink was dirty and I had to wipe it down. The shower curtain was too short so the water got on the tile floor and you had to be extremely careful not to fall and the carpet in the main room had a big rip in it.

Trip to see the new orthopedic surgeon

There was four fluffy brand new smelling pillows on my bed. The staff was so accommodating as I hurt my leg and was on a cane. My room had a nice fragrance when I came in. They put me on the first floor I was handicap my bathroom was impeccably cleaned. The heater worked wonderfully and was nice and warm. The TV had several channels I couldn't hear anything from the other rooms. This room was wonderful the price was incredibly low and you're not going to find anything like this for this price in Denver it was safe I could have walked next door to the Arby's on my cane and I would have been safe. Good location if you're going to stop in love and stop here you're not going to get anything for the value at this price anywhere in the next 20 miles of the radius of this area for this value. I travel all the time I know.

There was only one minor thing that I could say about my trip and that was my USB charger inside the lamp in my room did not work which was a major inconvenience because I couldn't charge my cell phone and it was dead. Besides that I have no complaints this was the most perfect room I have had in a year the price was incredible the staff was more than perfect. The breakfast was wonderful the bed was better than mine at home and mine is brand new. The room was cleaner than my own home. The sheets and towels must have been brand new.

Staff - albeit somewhat friendly - seemed to be more interested in entertaining friends and joking around than tending to business. No problems with staff, just very unprofessional.

Superb

The workers were awesome! And it made it very comfortable to be there.

Location was not bad but the problem is I know that there's a lot of homeless people in that area so you have to be careful. So I was always careful not to talk to too many people. But that can happen anywhere.

I’ve had an overall great stay here and would come back and also bring family here in the future!

Family oriented hotel! I felt as if they were all family and took me and my son in under their wing!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

location & serves breakfast

filthy, floors , bathroom was disgusting like they didn’t even clean the toilet!! pee all around the bottom of toilet and all around just not clean! bed sheets were stained.. and the place is very ran down definitely needs to modernize and maybe get a rid of the riff raff that was hanging around both inside and out! will not go there again!!!
