The ac worked but didn’t blow that cold and it got pretty warm in there at night. We were offered to changes rooms but we declined because we had already set up and showered so

The check in staff was very nice.
The room was dingy, the bedding had small burn holes in the sheets, the bathroom door was broken and the inside of it looked to be kicked in or out at some point. There was no remote control in the room so we could not change the channel for the tv until we walked down to the front desk and requested one, 35 minutes later we did get one. There was no coffee pot or extras in the room, it had a smell of stale smoke in it. We requested a cot as we had 3 kids with us and the 2 beds were very small (full) beds and they were unable to provide a cot or roll away bed. I usually never rate or complain about places. We really do not ask for much when we travel, however the exaptation of a "decent room" was highly overrated.

We arrived late at night when we got to the room it was all stink from cigarets really bad and we took a non smoker room. The place was dirty and neglected. The blanket and sheets were all filled with burnholes.
All the towels in our room were dirty and had alot of hair on it and on the shower curtain. I recomand.. DO NOT DO THAT TO YOURSELFS. I cant believe that we paid so much money for that terrible experience.

Honestly not much. The door locked and mirrors behind tub were nice
The room was full of mold. In the ac, in the bathroom and also on the ceiling above the tub. Hot water in whirlpool did not work. I booked room for the whirlpool and was unable to use it. I would like to get my money back

It was gated
The bathroom door was off the hinges and the mini fridge was filthy and broken. There was no carpet. Some child had written on the walls,

The room itself was clearly newly remodeled and pretty nice.
The hotel itself was definitely a little sketchy and not in the best condition. There was no real fitted sheet on the bed, just a flat sheet tucked into the mattress, so the bottom sheet moved around a lot. The door had a traditional deadbolt but not anything else so I stacked my bags in front of it to help feel more secure.

I phoned in the reservation for my daughter but they
Wouldn’t accept the confirmation #or the pin#because she didn’t have the credit card the reservation was made with so she stayed outside all night on the front stairs of a church. My money should be refunded if it’s chargedI’m calling the better business bureau
