The location and hotel was great!

This is the second time I have visited this hotel and I think the stay is very pleasant.

When we arrived, Nathaly greeted us, she was very friendly and responded to a request to change the room, since we did not like a strange smell in the original one.

Great location

Best location near Celebration complex! Nice shady location. Small pool but nice. Popcorn and cookies available in the afternoon. Nice staff.

Will be staying here again!!

It was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay again. We are visiting with my brother in law in the Malcom Randall VA Hospital. When I told them why we were there, they said our next booking with them directly be eligible for 20% hospital discount. The staff was excellent!!! The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Smelled horrible and bed comforter disgusting. Beyond grossed out.

The staff at the desk were nice.

The hallways of the third floor smelled like someone was cooking food and it smelled horrid, so bad the smell would find it’s way into the room. We found multiple questionable hairs on the bed comforter, we didn’t even use it. The comforter also had blood and food stains in multiple spots. We checked in early and had to leave to go do other things in town and if it weren’t for the fact that we got back so late we would’ve left and found another hotel.

For what we paid, this stay was extremely disappointing.

The hospitality manager was the only staff member who tended our needs and took care of us.

We were given a handicap room (did not request) and the phone did not work, the TV did not work, and the shower did not work. There were also barking dogs next door to us.

it was expensive for what the offer. it should have cost me way less money for what they offer.

the parking was good, the bed was comfortable and clean

the bathrooms, you have to hold the shower-head with your hands and the water gets out of the shower at all times.

Walked away with no breakfast. Not healthy or appetizing

Wi-Fi was not working adequately. Room and sheets seemed dirty. Found a hair in my sheet. Smelled bad.

Fabulous place to stay.

Did not have breakfast. The room was wonderful, spacious clean inviting. The bed was delightful. I really liked the room . The host at the front desk was really informative about restaurants in the area . She told us about a great restaurant called 4 Rivers for bbq it was super.
