Convenience of location and accommodations
Rather large worm like bug crawling in the hallway and because of busy weekend, had to wait for restock for breakfast and then my kids went later closer to 9 and no waffle mix or eggs. Also a housekeeper came out of a room down the hall and was very hateful about how people are just disgusting and was just very disrespectful
3.2
Didn't have da breakfast they advertise, food ŵas cold but okay.
Had to change rooms THREE TIMES,
3.2
Pool was out of service. Listing advertised hot breakfast but none available. Premises are old and need a lot of maintenance. No elevator access, only stairs. Rooms were dark & dingy.
3.2
Not clean, no ac in one building- hot, smelled like weed and cigarettes, beds were super “springy.” Pool was dirty, not good for family or clean people. We came here once a year ago for our honeymoon, it was available on demand and affordable because it was under construction at the time and it should still be considered under construction with discount. We tried to make this a traditional stay to celebrate our marriage, but after this year, that’s definitely not going to be the case. We do not plan to ever go back. We thought it would be better after a year of maintenance and it seemed worse.
3.2
the breakfast was great
The beds was supposed to be queen beds but they was full size beds. Some guest that was there called my daughter the N word. One of the employees came out and made our kids get out of the pool because someone stated that they was to loud. I felt like it was because we are black. My kids didn't feel comfortable at this hotel.
3.2
It was conveniently located and easy to get back onto the road.
Shady! People seem to be living at the hotel and they are shady. We seen a drug deal in the parking lot. Pretty sure a lady was out prostituting in the parking lot. Homeless living in the wooded area behind and beside the hotel. The whole place smells like weed. The rooms aren't particularly clean. Pool closed and $100 deposit instead of a $50.
3.2
Just the location
The place was a dump and very rundown. No elevator, pool was inoperable. It needs to be completely gutted
3.2
hassle free check in, helpful staff. the free breakfast offered a variety of options.
3.2
Nothing
The hotel looked like I had been hit by a hurricane. Our room smelled of urine and was very moist.
All in all a very unpleasant experience
3.2
Very good. Very clean.
Pool wasn't working

Breakfast was seasoned very well, but slightly cold. The best Biscuits I've ever tasted. The staff was very friendly. There are sliding glass doors in the rooms so downstairs is easier to load and unload your car if you have a parking lot room.
The facilities are very run down. It was extremely humid and felt as if it has flooded in the past and has molding moist carpet that leaves an unpleasant musty smell and heavy air to breathe. My son had constant asthma attacks as a result. The towel rack in the bathroom was peeling. The bathroom door was falling apart and wouldn't open all the way. The refrigerator was off upon arrival which was inconvenient as I have medicine I needed to be refrigerated. The refrigerator is definitely going out as it is very loud. The microwave was dirty. There was hair on the towels and sand on the bathroom floor. The soap apparently gets left in the room if no one opens it because the packaging was sticky and had hair stuck to it. The nightstand drawer had white powder all in it so I did not use. There were dead cockroaches under both beds. The toilet leaked significantly enough at the base that we had to keep a towel around it. The hotel property is easy to get in to but dangerous to exit as traffic is fast and its at a blind curve. There was a suspicious individual who tried to approach us in the parking lot,
probably to ask for money, but we got in the room quickly. The security latch on the door was broken so we couldn't properly secure ourselves in the room throughout our visit. There is a dairy queen across the street but anything else is a 10 minute drive on interstate roads. The price was slightly better than other places, but not enough for the disrepair of the property. I would pay the $100 more and book a nicer location next time.
3.2
The room was good. I give it a 7/10.
The shower had a slow drain. Overall, not a bad experience.
3.2
We didn't have breakfast, but it's okay. The location y nice and accessible.
It is important to maintain a good state of animosity in the customer service area, even if our day or shift is hard. The client should not persist that things are going wrong. And appearance is important too.
It is just an advice.

Breakfast was really good - staff friendly at check-in - the facility was huge - pool and garden courtyard lovely - balcony was nice - bed was comfy
ceiling was falling in - leaking in hallways - buckets catching water

Equipe péssima, terrível. Fizeram overbooking e me mandaram embora.

Sam the breakfast staff was exceptional in every way. Personal was lovely, she had all my questions answered and when she didn’t know an answer she went and found it for me. We just love her.
The coffee in the room was bad and they had the same coffee down in the dining room. There was no microwave in the room, only 1 sitting chair and 1 desk chair which wasn’t comfortable.
3.2
Breakfast was so so but the coffee was excellent. Loved the October decorations.
Tub dripped all night and had long hair all over it. Definitely needs an update.
3.2
Piscina na frente do quarto
Não conseguia comprar nada nas vendjng machões, não havia gelo.
3.2
Nothing.
The hotel was not as advertised. No elevator, dirty hallways, towels in stairway for the roof leaks, our room ceiling was disgusting. Our floor had a wood patch job under the carpet that sank when stepped on. The beds were terrible. Bloody toilet paper was on the floor by the ice maker.
3.2
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was really good.
There was no elevator!! Going up to the 2nd floor with all of our luggage and belongings was terrible. The stairwell stunk so, so bad and it was extremely hot with no ventilation at all. The hallways were stuffy and hot as well.
The towel rack in our bathroom was coming out of the wall and about to fall. Also, the hair dryer was coming off of the wall and barely hanging on.
Everything was just really old and outdated.
Breakfast started at 6. When we got to the breakfast area around 6:10, the food was not ready. It was going to be another 20 minutes before the eggs and other stuff was ready. Some of the employees were not working while we were waiting for our food. They were just standing there on their cell phone.
3.2
The breakfast was fantastic. The ladies fixed your plates for you, and everything was kept well stocked. The lobby had a pool table & a bar, but we didn't use it. Great view of the bridge across the street
The hotel has only 2 floors so there isn't an elevator. Our room 223 smelled awful like mold and mustard. It was a very weird smell. There was a towel left in the refrigerator as if someone had cleaned it and forgot the towel. We sprayed down the room and beds with lysol and febreze, but it didn't help much. The only reason we didn't ask for another room was because it was conjoined with 225, and our boys were staying in it. The ceiling looked as if it once had a leak and was patched up. The lighting in the room was horrible. We had to open the curtains for decent lighting. It's right off the interstate, so it's very noisy when you are trying to sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night. Other than that particular room, I would stay there again but on the opposite side of hotel. Away from the traffic.

No elevator!phone in room didn’t work ..pillows flat !
3.2
I liked the check in was fast easy and the hotel served the purpose of having somewhere to stay for the night
Cleaning could have been a lot better the room was dirty and had a smell the curtains were stained and torn some parts had broken off I was worried because I thought we would be responsible for the damages because I wasn’t sure if they had seen them already but thankfully we were not .. but because the couch was dirty my daughter layed a blanket over it to sleep and still ended up catching pink eye
