We ended up with a king suite thanks to a booking.com “genius” upgrade and it was HUGE. Really nice to have a sink, stove top, and basic kitchenware. The front desk staff, Jessie, couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Bed was soft and comfy. In addition to a well working AC, bedroom had a ceiling fan, which is always a rare, and nice bonus.
Walls were thin enough that we could easily heard the couple next door arguing loudly late at night, as well as their dog occasionally barking. Clearly not a fault of the hotel, but just good for light sleepers to be aware as you can’t control your what other guests might be nearby.

The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. The proximity to the beach was excellent. Staff were nice.
Pool could have been cleaner, i didn’t love the ceramic floors with no rugs to cushion them and help with noise level.

The location is perfect -- just across the street from the beach. The room was a two - bedroom suite with lots of space and comfortable beds. It was clean and quite enjoyable. The pool area is lovely and kept very tidy. Children and adults alike enjoyed the pool. It is a great place for families to stay.
I have no complaints!

Very good.
Could be more parking for suites, maybe even put suite number on parking places. We had to park on grass one of our nights.

Pool was nice. Very large and many umbrellas for shade
We reserved a king suite for 3 adults. There were no linens in room for the pull out. If someone reserves to obviously need that pullout, they should automatically have them in the room ahead of time. Of course, we asked for some from the front desk. There were none available. No pillows, no blankets. And the front desk girl just rolled her eyes. She didn't understand why we even needed them...she said. Room was dirty. We had no washcloths. Definitely not worth the money spent.

The location, accessible parking and beach areas.
There is mold and mildew odor throughout the entire hotel room. We had a condo style room. My whole family has allergies now, and one of our children has asthma. This caused issues the whole stay. The smell is really bad and nauseating. We woke up with puffy eyes the first morning, clogged nasal passages, and headaches. The second morning is TBD. When we first entered the room the floors were dirty. There is a picture in the bathroom growing mold spores visibly, one could only imagine the non visible areas. The wifi quality is also very poor. Dimly lit outside common areas also lead to an uncomfortable feel if checking in late. Overall cleanliness was sub par, most noticeable in the sink areas, beds, floors. I would've checked out early but due to money funds we had to stick with the cards that were dealt. This hotel needs major renovations in comparison to other properties on Jekyll Island that we previously stayed.

Excellent location and staff was wonderful. We rented bikes from Seafarer to go to Driftwood Beach in morning and were accommodated with late checkout so we could shower afterward.
Free breakfast included lots of variety.
No elevator for second floor rooms.

The staff was great. The accommodations were comfortable. The setting was amazing.
When we arrived, there was a very, very heavy smell of some fragrance. It was gagging. When that wore off, there was a strong pet odor. That was the only disappointing part, but it was significant.

It is conveniently located across from the beach, has a nice pool
Are you spoken.com to book a double room with two double beds when we got to the property they only had a king room available they did not refund me any of my money. We asked for towels multiple times they can continue to say that they were out of towels they were supposed to move our room that never happened.

The breakfast room had a different variety each day. Food was good.
The fridge had a lot of frost in the freezer. No door for that freezer either.

The room size is great. Great price.
I asked and booked rooms to be together because of my daughter's wedding, so we could be all together. But was told the AC Unit was down. Come to find out one of are rooms given to someone else. So we were not able to spend the time we were looking forward to , with sons we haven't seen in years because we were in another building.

Good location, nice big room, room was clean.
Room was not ready at check in time & took 2 hours. There was no wifi...I needed to login to something for my work and I was unable. Lastly, as I was walking up to my room an employee was walking out of it and acted strangely when i asked him why he was in the room.

Room was a good size. Air worked well. Nice pool.
Check-in!! It is basically $13 an hour for the room and we had to wait to check -in. So, money spent on actually nothing.. rude customer service. Breakfast room seats were worn out and not as clean as it should have been in there. Couldn’t exchange towels till after check out time…? Need pots, pans, utensils and dishes etc for the kitchenette.

The staff was friendly
Sink was clogged and ac didn't work, told them on day 1 of vacation on day 5 as we were leaving they showed up to address it. Breakfast room had peeling seat covers. Nasty. They don't bring you towels, you have to take down for replacement and then a room booked for 6 they only want to give 4 towels, have to get own toilet paper also. One roll at a time. I should have listened to the poor reviews but there were some good ones too. I do not have high standards but do have standards. I can't believe anyone would rate this hotel above a 3 at most. They have a sister hotel there home to suites which is beautiful, go there instead. We had to swim there since the pool was out of order for part of our visit.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable... and that was about it.
The water pressure was terrible, the breakfast was average with no protein other than powdered eggs, the staff seem to be completely disinterested in helping or correcting problems (which there seemed to be alot of when chatting with other guests) but most importantly it absolutely was NOT worth over $280 (w/ fees and taxes) per night! It was at BEST worth $100 (maybe $130 during tourist season) especiallywhen they don't even have daily maid service. I have no doubt that they are able to stay busy because there simply is not much to choose from on Jekyll island but I would not recommend it due to egregious over-pricing. Again, it was clean and the bed was okay. But everything else from the service to the quality of the appliances in the room was absolute the lowest they could get away with.

It was very beautiful and peaceful at the property.
There was just so much of people belongings outside, and the walkways and trash pretty much everywhere out there as well that was not appealing for the eyes to see.

I like it was right on the island.
I didn't like that the room had a bad smell. Also, I had kids on the top floor that was making a lot of noise our first night there. There were jumping from room to room slamming the door. I also asked for towels in the morning and I never got them. So I had to go to the office and ask for some when we arrived back at the room at 10 pm. I would think for the $698 the room would be better quality.

Location was convenient.
The room smelled like smoke. The cleaning staff was very unprofessional. They left your clean sheets on bare concrete, which explained qhy my sheets made me itch.

Very nice size room with a king bed. Table with 4 chairs and a couch. Loved the shower head and nice size bathroom. Good size Tv.
Rather have the sink in the room with toilet and shower. Breakfast was adequate.
