I like the hotel itself. The staff is always nice its not my first time here its my third. Very friendly and he was so nice to make sure my room and my brother n laws room was next to ours and that was very nice of him to do. That worked out great. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. The location was great for us.
Nothing.

Pool was open
Blow dryer didn't work and noone ever came to fix it

Walls are thin. I could hear the entire conversation of the people staying next door and above me. Dogs barking throughout the hotel. Room smelled like mildew or sulfur. This was the only hotel available on Georgia Southern move in weekend. Now I know why.

The room was clean and comfortable
Extremely noisy. Could hear conversations of person in room next door, very close to busy street and fire department, occupied by many "construction types" that make a lot of noise very early in the morning. The only thing good about breakfast was the coffee and an apple

The only positive I can think of was the beds were comfortable
Drunks everywhere. People just sitting in front of their rooms drinking straight from bottles. I think a lot of people live there. Even the guy running the place was walking around drinking. Rooms are very musty and dirty walls.

Everything was great

affordable
it was very dirty I did not feel safe … we had neighbors with an adjoining door that were smoking pot and playing loud music

Breakfast was cut off at 9 and not a large selection. Waffles, yogurt and pastries. No fruit so that was disappointing.
Pool is really nice. Small waterfall in pool perfect size.

It was clean and the staff was very helpful

There is one front desk person who is amazing I think his name is Sunny but I’m not sure very helpful.
The chairs were stained and had burn holes in a “non smoking room” we were charged by them after booking on this site and refused to give me a refund and to call my bank. I am now having to show bank statements disputing the charge etc.

Very dirty. Unkempt parking area and flower bed at entrance had old Christmas basket in it. Spoke to manager about it even offered to go buy petunias but he shrugged. Grill non functioning.
I like quality inns since I drive across country on trips 40 frequently and they are dog friendly,
. This one was a bust

The door could be pushed open by hand without the key card being used. Instead of changing the strike, the on duty front desk clerk used a hammer in front of me to try and fix the problem. Needless to say, I was very disappointed!

The breakfast was a joke! The staff member at the front desk would not refill even the waffle maker stating breakfast time would be over in 15min. Not a rag in sight to wipe off the counters or tables, Filthy!!
I don’t think the trash container in the breakfast room has ever been cleaned, I was afraid to touch it to get rid of our breakfast utensils

The general clientele are noisy and boisterous

Central location.
A bit dated. It could definitely use a face lift, and the grounds could be cleaned up and better maintained.

Nice pool, good distance to food, nice manager gave me a discount.
Room smelled bad, door lock was busted, thin walls, 4 police officers showed up to arrest someone at night, breakfast was the bare minimum.
3.0
They had no breakfast and there was roaches in the room.
Fix the place up. If we wasn't so tired we would have went somewhere else

it was easy to find and the staff was great

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very nice.
The outside is run down.

The location of this hotel was very poor. There were very strange looking people in the area of the hotel. At 3:00AM i was awakened by screaming women and children. The hotel was fair in condition and I felt 95.00 per night was way out of line. I stayed at a very nice Quality Inn the next night for $50.00 in Fairmont WV!
Very scary area. And characters lurking on the property. Loudness at night disturbed my sleep.
3.0
That there was a better option across the street. I didn't have to travel far to find somewhere else to stay
The people being loud next door and all the people hanging around outside. They were all drunk.
