Front desk couldn't or wouldn't quiet barking dog. Ask me to move, handicap so inconvenient,

So dirty I wrote clean on the dusty bathroom door. Barking dog, couldn't sleep

Superb

Room had sufficient space and outlets. Convenient location right off the highway.

Pool area looks like it had a hot tub at one time, would be nice to enjoy an operational hot tub. Breakfast was fine, but the dining area was too small for the number of people.

Will not book here again

The property needs some t l c ., the tub was cracked and carpets all stained. The sofa bed was no sheets and horribly hard

Get a new mattes for sofa bed and put sheets on the bed

Terrible and awful

Description and photos through the app showed a suite with pull out sofa. None to be had. First room they put us in hadn't been cleaned - I had to go all the way down to the front desk to get another room. ONE young woman working the desk and apparently taking care of the whole place. 9:30pm on a Saturday! Luggage carts almost fell apart while we were using them!!!

The stay was nice just wish the price wasn't higher just because it was graduation weekend.

The bedding was so comfortable and soft. The staff was very friendly. Easy access to food, shopping, and highway.

We were there for graduation and this hotel was on the list of hotels to get discounts for graduation but they didn't honor it. No hot tub! Looks like there was one at one time but they took it out. Pool was nice but very small. The price was too high.

I loved the easy access, the fantastic staff, and the warm welcome of my little dog.

Breakfast offered many choices and the food was very good. The food was offered early enough that I could partake before an early departure time. During breakfast, very helpful hotel staff assisted with any issue anyone had. Everyone was very kind.

The bed was not very comfortable, It took me a while to get to sleep. It was very easy to hear the comings and goings of fellow visitors to your hotel. For the first time ever, my dog Francis jumped up and barked when others came and went. I guess those noises are somehow more muffled at other hotels.

The woman that was working on Friday, 2 December 2022 was very friendly and helpful. The lobby looked good and was stocked. The pool was clean and warm.

Our one bed in our room (211) had bed bugs. It really hadn't been cleaned good. There was either jelly or something on the desk. The women at the desk moved us to 209 next door. She inspected the room and beds before she moved us. She said there was nothing she could do about comping or discounting our stay because she did not have access. We have stayed here numerous times and have never had a problem. When my son turned the keys in when we left he mentioned it to the gentleman working and he said sorry to hear that. Please!

The mattress on each bed was worn and not smooth. One side sunken more than the other side of the bed. Felt like an old bed.
