Overall pleasant stay.

Nice location, clean comfortable, nice staff. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom amenities bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner attached to shower were horrible. Individual miniature amenities are much better.

Very poor experience

Staff was dismissive, clearing crew did not clean rooms during our stay or leave clean towels or make the bed. Cleaning crew did not empty trash in the room. Front desk staff refused providing us with extra towels on last night of stay. Service at hotel was more on par with a motel 6 rather than a $240/per night Holiday inn. Excuse constantly heard was lack of staff….., yet i seemed to see staff outside smoking frequently especially at peak service times. Overall bad experience and will most likely not reserve at a Holiday Inn moving forward

See above. Nothing about this hotel and service met minimum standard. Only thing we enjoyed was the pool. Very poor hotel

Thankfully they had a pool.

The bedding was disgusting, stains on it, stuffing falling out of the duvet. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way or you got stuck in there. The cost per night did not make sense for the location and what you got.

Exceptional

I was very surprised at how clean and up-to-date that the room was. Very clean. The breakfast area was clean and made good choices. Also the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

The price was up there, but it was July 4th weekend.

Overall not too bad.

No I didn't eat breakfast. I was there so I could go to t He local hospital fort procedure. Getting a taxi to the hospital was very difficult. I drove myself there a nurse called a different company and they came when I was finished and picked me up the next morning to go pickup my car.

No children running up and down the halls yelling and screaming. Very frustrating when you are trying to sleep.

I didn't like how I was able to book a room and then the day of my booking I got a call while I was at work that I didn't see until I already went and I was told I can't stay there because I live 15miles away and it's in the policy no one in a 30mil radius can stay. I find it ridiculous. Just because I live near by I can't spend my money to stay somewhere nice to get away for a little. I was planning on spending a night with someone who isn't from here but then I got pushed out. The guy behind the counter was very rude and couldn't explain why it let me book and why I wasn't notified sooner. He kept repeating the same thing over and over. And was very condescending. All I wanted was a night away from my hectic life and couldn't even do that. I get you have a job to do but you could be more respectful and at least apologize for the inconvenience.

we are rewards members and we asked for a late check out because my daughter was playing at 3 but the latest they could give us was 12 i will be frequenting waterville numerous times in the next 4 years will probably find a hotel more friendly to late check out

I was not allowed to come back even though we had reservation on a holiday long weekend.

I booked through Booking.com and 2 days before my arrival, I received a phone call from manager telling me he was not going to allow us to stay at the hotel, as we set fire to the microwave last time we stayed and the fire dept had to come out along with police. However, this was an electrical fire. Even the fire department said it was electrical and that it was not our fault. the Staff at the time were EXTREMELY rude and condescending and asked us if we could have called down sooner to front desk. As such, I was appalled, I was rude back. I asked for a new room and was advised there weren't any, well the car situation did not show that, and we had to stay in the smelly room and gag for 2 days. New staff came in and they gave us a new room and apologized heavily for the disrespectful way I was spoken to and that we had to stay another 2 nights in a room that made us cough and choke from the smell.

My stay was comfortable but the rates were higher than i had planned to pay.

The staff was nice- check in & out was quick. Like wifi included & free parking.

A bottled water per day per guest should be complimentary and coffee available 6-10 everyday
