Home away from home

Clean and comfortable. Iced lemon water in the lobby was sheer perfection! Hope they always serve that! Breakfast was nice as well.

Very very clean! Perfect hotel.

Very clean hotel! It was roomy, clean and well staffed.

The breakfast was a little skimpy and there were no sheets for the pull out bed.

Reasonably priced for location, but...

The location was very convenient.

The walls were thin enough that I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly. The breakfast was not up to what I have experienced at other Comfort Suites facilities.

Not entirely worth the money given the conditions of the rooms.

Staff was exceptional

Broken windows, AC was not working in our room so we had to move rooms at 11pm, bathroom in either room didn’t lock and both had broken windows with no screens in the window. Staff was very nice when the issue of the AC not working came up and immediately got us a new room.

Location, right by highway

Not a variety for breakfast, don’t clean the rooms. Found pins on floor and blood on sheets.

Lower rates compared to other hotels. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our first room was not cleaned properly. There was feces in the toilet. The pool water left a yucky smell on our clothes—not just chlorine. The cleaner they use in the dining/breakfast area smelled strong like undiluted pine-sol or fabuloso which is not to be used on eating or food prep surfaces unless rinsed.

Won't book again

The toilet wouldn't flush after urination only. Had to use the lobby bathroom. Inconvenienced.

The owner must get paid to be a parking lot for utility trucks, they surrounded the entire Hotel, the parking lot was also very treacherous to walk on due to Ice and snow. Had to ask to move rooms due to refrigerator not working phone not working and very loud people

My bed had dust bunnies on the top blanket, we were up on the third floor and the elevator has been out forever so we had to walk up stairs with all of our bags.. We booked this room online and when we got there to check in the staff member charged us again and have to wait several days to see that money come back..
