The staff was excellent and very kind!
Hotel could use a really good cleaning
2.7
Nothing horrible creepy place
Over grown lawn and weeds outside. I thought the hotel was abandoned. I walked in and tried to cancel my reservation it was horrible! They wouldn’t refund my money. The photos do not represent the current place. Additionally I stayed elsewhere because they wouldn’t refund my money. Stay away
2.7
The breakfast was awful. The apples had brown spots. The shower had hair in it from a previous tenant.
2.7
Great service comfortable good tv great pool
Exercise room only had 2 treadmill at least have a bike and light weight
2.7
People were friendly. We had to cut our visit short and the manager was very accommodating.
Initially tried to put us in a room where the door lock was not operating properly. When I could not get the door to open, I could not get in touch with the desk clerk to change rooms for fifteen minutes. We were moved to a room with fewer amenities.
2.7
Location
Dingy old rooms, ripped carpet, wallpaper falling off walls, water stains on ceilings, torn curtains, no fridge in room, stained small pillows, bed caves in middle, a dog in hotel barking nonstop throughout the night, cheap linens, etc
2.7
None
It was dirty, service was bad, terrible management. I recommended staying at the Travelocity near by if you have to stay in this area.
2.7
that I have been billed for the room three times !! and now I have to call again because they just billed me again !!
2.7
Room was clean.
Staff tried to break into the room at 11:30 at night. Breakfast was poor with fruit going bad and nearly expired food.
2.7
The staff was friendly!
It seemed like little care or updates have been made to the hotel. The bathtub was not clean and you could tell that there had been a leak from a floor above .
2.7
The staff was very friendly, which was one person.
Our room was clean but... the other room we booked was awful. No frig,no phone, not enough towels. I booked for 2 adults and a child and it was very small. I felt bad for them and embarrassed. I won't book a Quality Inn again. I was so surprise on the breakfast, it was awful! It was cereal and white bread for toast. The worst I have ever seen, lucky went to McDonald's across the street.
2.7
Location
Inefficient essentials for the room: only one wash
cloth for 2 people, holes in carpet, no refrigerator
or microwave, bathroom extra small, pizza box &
other trash left in drawer of chest by a previous
occupant. Also, inefficient breakfast essentials,
coffee, orange juice (during the breakfast hours).
2.7
there was no breakfast as advertised. The room had a dirty towel, dirty cup and a cigarette from a previous guest. first desk person was exceptional; warm, friendly and helpful. second was not.
unclean room
2.7
the pool, cleanliness, friendliness of staff
ollllllld
2.7
location was good, staff was very nice
property was unkempt-cracked asphalt driveway, building needed paint/stain, cracked/broken lampshades in room, not enough lighting in room, bedspread was stained, pillows felt like they were made of cut-up pieces of foam and very lumpy, towels were not soft, wallpaper was buckling off the wall
2.7
the bed was comfortable.
the pool was closed when they said it be open. staff was hard to find to check in and out of hotel. no breakfast and said there was supposed to be. could have been a cleaner.

Location
Price
Handicapped room not handicapped friendly.
Carpet not tacked down correctly so excess carpet sticking up causing trip hazard. Dresser was put at entry of room and had to be moved before I could wheel in
2.7
There was no breakfast as promised by Booking.com. I asked for a breakfast voucher or partial refund. I was denied. That is not right or fair.
2.7
Breakfast wasn’t available
Could of been cleaner. And motel is pretty outdated
2.7
Rooms were clean.
Grounds could use some repair and attention to outside appeal.
2.7
The room had plenty of space and seemed to be clean. The mattress was comfortable.
There was no breakfast (hot or continental) in spite of the fact it is advertised on their website. There was no refrigerator just an empty cabinet. No

NOTHING!
Everything was horrible, from the check in person, to the rooms and nastiness of the place. Bathroom with so much soap scum, toilets that ready to come off floor base, towels with stains, bedding stains, AC that barely works, wall paper coming off walls. Outside needs lots of work, the enter door doesn't lock, building falling a part. Address some issues with the front desk person, looked at my husband "like whatever and never said a word when he walked her through the 4 rooms we had. Over all this place is dump! Would never tell any to stay at this place, Motel 6 is better then this place and they having working lights they will keep on for you.

Good location and friendly staff.
Bathroom was very, very small & not very clean. Housekeeping did not make the bed or bring fresh towels at times. A ‘no frills’ hotel. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

Location
Smells

The room was pretty clean, the ac was nice & cold & the bed was comfy (except for those 1/2 size pillows).
The place looks abandoned with weeds growing everywhere, garbage in the parking lot, including a water heater. The parking lot door doesn’t lock. There was garbage in the hallways during our entire stay. One room had peeling wallpaper, a broken toilet seat & ripped up carpet. The other room had wallpaper coming apart at the seams but was ok otherwise.
Ironically we were informed at check in that would be a $250 charge if we damaged anything. Really? How would you even know??
2.7
There was no breakfast...not even a breakfast sack..I liked the pool and jacuzzi.
There was no TV both days I was there...i had to grab towels from the maids right when i checked in..took forever to check in..I had to ask for my license back 3 times.
