Excellent hotel

Cleanliness of the room. There wasn't a speck of dust in our room. Furniture was in great condition. Will definitely book again

EXCELLENT!

Location!! We love this outlet mall and the hotel borders the parking lot. Room was huge and clean. Shower is fabulous bc of soft water and aeration. King bed had 5 pillows either different levels of firm/softness, very nice. Breakfast was good especially with biscuits and sausage gravy. And price was great!

Excellent overall experience!

Convenient location. Facility was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

A/C unit was a bit squeaky which disturbed our sleep the first night. Walls seemed a little thin as we could hear everything going on in the next room.

Don’t get a king suite

We have stayed there several times when traveling from Ohio to S Carolina and were always satisfied. A nice enough place and convenient for an acceptable price. Aaron at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

This time we were very disappointed with the king suite. I think due to redecorating last year. In a decent sized room, for some reason they placed the king bed right up against the air conditioner when there was plenty of room to put it more in the center of the room! Neither of us wanted to sleep with the air blowing right on us. Seems like really bad design!!!! With Aaron’s help we moved to a 2-double room so at least we were away from it, but still that air unit kept kicking on and off about every 5 minutes all night!!! I think this is called short-cycling and possibly a sign that it needs cleaning. The outdoor temp was probably around 45 at night and i had to set the heat thermostat 64 to be even somewhat comfortable. It’s a shame this place has gone downhill. I have recommended it to several friends but won’t anymore. But the front desk staff tried to please!

Comfortable, affordable and clean!

I booked last minute due to a softball tournament, and was appalled at the hotel prices while shopping around. However, because the price of this hotel was $250 cheaper than where I normally stay, and it was only 3 minutes from the fields I decided to book. I was more than pleased upon arrival.

Only had two towels in the bathroom for our family of 5, however they made it clear at check in that if we needed any more, we could just stop at the front desk and ask.

It was a not a bad location. Close to Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway.

The room was clean and spacious. We stayed 3 nights. They told us that they were not going to clean the room while we were there and that if we needed extra towels to let them know. The breakfast was not bad. The spa in our room was fun. A little weird that it was in the main room but it was nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a view of the mountains. I was surprised that there was a view like that there.

We did have a problem checking into the room. For some reason, the name of the room went under my partner's and not my name. Booking.com provided a confirmation number and pin and they said at the desk they could not enter that info to retrieve the booking. We did figure it out but it had me worried for a few minutes. I also did not like that there was no way for garbage to be collected. We had an overflow of garbage in our room after being there for 3 nights. The bed was also smashed up against the window and air conditioner. That was not a great experience. And the coffee they provided in the room was not worth it.

Great place to stay in Ashville. Reasonable Seafood Restaurant nextdoor with w. choc. raspberry cake

Next door to the Shopping Outlet. Great bargains there! Fantastic Seafood Restaurant a few minutes walk. Very reasonable and the white chocolate raspberry cake was exceptional. So big, the 3 of us split it. Loved being able to get a free cup of herbal Mint Melody tea each evening. Clean, quiet big room. Will use again, the next time we go to Ashville.
