If I needed to rent a room again, I would certainly come back to this location.

The staff was very friendly and were attentive to my concerns. The made sure that any issues that were brought to them, were handled immediately.

I needed to wash some laundry but their machine was in need of being serviced, but I can't attribute that to the staff. I would say that's more of a company issue. The young lady working the desk at the time was very apologetic as some staff members would not be concerned at all and say oh well, nothing we can do.

Not the best stay

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom door wouldn't close, the toilet seat was broken, the lamp shade was messed up.

I NEVER GOT TO CHECK IN!!

I never got to check in because no one would come down to the front desk. I was told the lobby worker was “cleaning”

Rude, inconsiderate, never got to check in.

Pricing and availability was decent for area. Front desk attendant got us checked in quicker than normal.

The room was chilly, so turned heat on but it wasn't working properly. Light on nightstand would flash on/off like a party light🤣, so couldn't use it.

It was a nice place to stay for two nights and it was convenient for the event we were going to.

It was in a great location for where we were planing on going.

Not all the lights in the room worked so it was dark in the room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance needed. Toilet seats were broken in both rooms.

Paid way too much for a room that was dirty, old and not equipped with correct bedding and towels.

Location was fine, and breakfast was good

Room was not clean (there were papers on the floor, and other debris), There were no blankets for the beds, and none in the room, and the temperature outside was cold. I had to go to the office to request blankets. There was no bathmat for the tub/shower, and only two large towels-no hand towels at all. For the price, we should have gone elsewhere. The room needed updating-torn, ragged carpeting. I wouldn't even take my socks off for fear of what I was walking on

Disappointing

The staff was kind and polite.

The fire detector was dying we had no TV remote. I couldn't get extra towels or wash clothes there was only 1 also the room smelled bad and they tried to fix it but....

WASN'T GIVIEN GOOD DIRECTIONS ON WHERE TO FIND BREAKFAST. SMOKE ALARM WAS MISSING. WIRES HANGING FROM WALL.

I’d stay again just hope they have breakfast

The room was clean and the ladies that work the front were very nice.

I arrived for breakfast at 8:52 and nothing was available but waffle mix (with no non stick spray)some bagels and toast. I had to go back down and get the manager to make coffee which was also empty. she said 3rd shift handles it but that was still a bother. She was great about making me some coffee and trying to fix the juice machine which was not only unplugged but empty.
