Price and location were good, but staff and room were lacking. I would not stay there again.

The location was great.

Staff didn’t document that they put my family in our room. They opened our hotel room door without warning. They deactivated our room keys a few hours after we checked in. They did not have sheets in the room for the sofa bed. The sofa bed had pee stains and when I expressed my concerns, they did not acknowledge me. The beds were very hard and the room was not well maintained.

A very comfortable place to stay with some maintenance issues.

The location off of Hwy 94 was ideal for our purposes. We wanted to get right back on the road again the next day. The breakfast choices were great. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had during the entire long trip. Also, the cool / heat regulator actually worked!

Ceiling paint was peeling off in corners, indicating some neglect. The entry door nearest to our room that allowed quick access to bring our luggage in and out was not secure. It indicated you needed a room key to enter, but it was never locked. The area seemed ok in terms of safety, but still, a worrisome detail. The place is dog-friendly for hunting. I put this comment here only because I'm not a dog lover, but the dogs behaved well except for some barking.

Far surpassed expectations.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. I booked before reading the reviews and when I later saw the negative reviews, I was nervous about what to expect. My concerns were unwarranted. We were impressed with the breakfast and over all, very happy with the accommodations.

Disappointing

The water slide was broken which is the reason we booked this property. The water was cold. And the rest of the pool area was dirty and uncared for. The room was damp feeling. The duvet had a rip in it.

excellent motel for multi-night stay and for easy access to Roosevelt National Park South Unit

excellent value. good breakfast and excellent location near restaurants, movie theater, interstate, etc. laundry facility great for hikers.

Spacious room, loved that our room looked on the indoor pool. Kids loved the pool , good variety of slides and things for the kids at the pool.

Facilities were starting to age a bit, some things we old, scratched or slightly broken. But didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Water in the shower was warm but not really hot.

I booked this hotel because I knew it had a good pool and hot tub which neither were actually good.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly.

The hot tub was not in working order and no one mentioned that so decided to use the pool which was ice cold!!

Never staying there again!!!

Staff were rude. Staff asked my nephew if he was a guest at the hotel when he was in the lobby. He was there to ask if there was a gas station near by. Staff told him yep 9 miles away when there was one around the corner from the hotel. Spoiled food in the refrigerator which we had to leave in the hall. No cold water, sink had an annoying leak, the toilet didn’t flash right. We felt like we were discriminated against. Never staying there again. Lastly, we were double charged for our room & the front desk lady wouldn’t make the connection. She got upset because we kept asking when the charges was going to be corrected. All in all ugly place to stay!

Needs deep clean and upgrading. Wouldn’t suggest for families

The initial gentleman at check in was friendly and polite.

Needs serious deep clean and upgrade. we have no room service during our stay. Sheets were dingy, room clearly had been smoked in despite being non smoking hotel. Waterslides need maintenance snd water shuts off mid slide leaving our kid with rubbing and rashes. The breakfast was okay, but definitely could be better.

I’d like to say that the staff at this hotel made our trip. I’m so horrible at names but pierced beauty w tatts and big booty. and the new girl training. breakfast and the Christian all these employees EXCEPTIONAL best trip ever! great breakfast. great employees and sick pool. def coming back/ we loved all y’all. shalom shalom be blessed till we return✝️🙌🙏🕊️❤️

After 16 hours in the pickup this place was a oasis. Best nights sleep I have had in a long time

Very comfortable bed. Mexican restaurant next door (El Sombrero) is very good. Easy to get to from Interstate. Clean room with two mini fridges and a microwave.

Breakfast is over at 9 and by a quarter after there isn't even coffee. Refrigerator in room was a little noisy but easy to unplug.

Staying at the hotel was a great experience,

I recently stayed at this hotel and i was thoroughly impressed with my room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets that were provided. The bathroom was also very clean and had plenty of fresh towels.

It was OK, but a little bland. Coffee and Juice were good.

This was a winter time stay and I was dissapointed in the Parking. Parking areas were not cleared off and packed with ice which made parking and walking difficult. I slipped once and almost fell down.

It was not clean as they say like the room still was dirty foor was not clean found a l Liter o. The floor the pool had trash o. The fool the night before and it was still there the next day the first room they put us I. Was not clean so put us in a Another room that was just as dirty
