This was the highest rate of the three hotels we stayed at and very disappointed.

It was very close to 95South when heading to our home.

We understood it was pet friendly but barking puppy all evening. Room was small and over crowded with furniture. Smallest of all the hotels we stayed throughout our trip. The AC vent was filthy. Sitting on the chair reading I noticed dried rice and peas from Chinese food? Very surprised there were not bugs, etc. When checking out the front desk did not ask how our stay was which probably was a good thing.

The location was close to everything

The room was not the cleanest. Fan in the bathroom super dusty, carpet seem like it wasn’t wash for awhile. Stain on Windows curtains and shower curtain.

Coffee available in lobby as well as a one cup machine in room. Microwave and mini fridge in room.

Doors to rooms were a bit noisy. Not too much of an issue, but when neighboring rooms were entering or exiting the doors slammed and echoed in the hallways & could be heard inside our room

As we only slept there it was nice

The room was nice and comfortable the breakfast was very good

The hotel is a little dated or old but the staff works hard to keep it up as best they can

Not pleasurable given the room was $300

Staff was helpful and friendly.

First room lights didn’t work. Second room a/c would cut off after an hour. And room would become 90 degrees within 30 minutes.

Not a $350 room. There’s not one Comfort Inn room in the U.S. worth $350.

Room was very clean and staff very friendly. Easy to find.

$350 for a room for one night was outrageous. In fact it’s downright robbery. As far as the quality goes, it was not $350 worth. Elevator was broke down when we were leaving, so we had to carry 2 large suitcases from the 3rd floor all the way down to floor 1 via the stairs.

Clean, comfortable no frills hotel.

No frills hotel, but good for what it was. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but standard. Beds were small(fulls not queens) but comfortable, pool, spa and sauna were all clean and working. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower was hot with decent water pressure.Staff was friendly.

Slightly odd smell when we arrived. Kind of like it was smoked in and covered up by a heavily scented air freshener. It either faded or we hot used to it. A sign or information regarding towels at pool. We did not know to ask the desk first so were stuck soaking wet when we realized there were not any towels in the actual pool area.

The hotel is well situated for touring New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

The room was spacious, quiet and the beds were superbly comfortable. Nobody banged a hotel room door. Wifi .....connection was good. Daytime staff were very helpful. We appreciated having breakfast on site.

We were promised housekeeping for our three day stay. It did not happen until the final day after several complaints to the night staff.

The location of the hotel perfect for us. The bed very comfortable

We stayed there 9 months ago but I guess in hotel years that's a long time ago. It needs quite a bit of tlc and upkeep. Water damage upon entry.. second/first impression, not good. Water damage in gym. And also the room we were I'm should highly discounted or a supply room. The chair in the room i wouldn't even put my stuff in, let alone sit on. Please get rid of it. The staff was good.and breakfast ok.

Very poor

Chair in the room was dirty, pool was contaminated and we couldn’t use it. Overall cleanliness of the room was not great. For the price we paid for one night I was completely disappointed.

it’s a 2 star hotel wasn’t expecting to much

location

when had got to the hotel we were informed the room we booked was taken by someone else and would need to wait until morning to resolve but one the women at front desk was able to find us another commendations in a king room.

We enjoy our stay everytime

The staff is phenomenal, the pool was clean, they were super easy going when I asked for a late checkout, the breakfast was amazing and the breakfast attendant was super efficient at her job.

Literally my only not even complaint is that I wish they had more kid friendly channels

A big mistake!!

close to highway

sketchy people everywhere in area walking late at night when arrived, night front desk person was not very friendly, Room was absolutely filthy, water pressure was basically non existent. we were only using to sleep , and if we weren’t going to be charged anyway we would’ve left. Besides basically being afraid to touch any surfaces in room , the topper was in morning when getting ready to check out gathering my things , I found someone else’s underwear and socks under vanity in bathroom🤢🤢
