leider ein schlechtes Hotel

Pool ausser Betrieb, Zimmer dreckig, Personal sehr unfreundlich, WC verstopft, Zimmerschlüssel funktionierte laufend nicht mehr

Mijn jas kwijt door het hotel

Alles was redelijk op orde

Ik heb mijn jas laten liggen. Zelfde dag nog gebeld, maar ze hebben hem niet gevonden. Dan is hij dus gestolen. Geen reacties gekregen op mijn vragen hierover.

Good

The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful--she went above and beyond to help us with issues we had. Location was good, and beds were comfortable. Pretty quiet as well.

Our first room smelled like smoke (staff said it used to be a smoking room), and the second room had a bad mildew smell. I bought febreeze and staff gave us an air freshener, but even with that and airing it out with the window open, we were coughing the next day. Washer/dryer didn't work, and the pool area was super warm/muggy, but my kids still enjoyed the pool. Also, there's no elevator here, so plan for that if applicable.

The restroom was dirty there were hairs in the shower and it didn’t have any towels. The breakfast is horrible there is nothing good!

The hotel had a bad odor. Horrible breakfast options The room AC was filthy and took hours to cool the room. Beds weren't comfortable. The hotel didn't seem super safe when it came to our belongings.

The staff was very nice and personable. The room was clean.

The pool was really nasty. The water was a brown tinge and you could see a film in top. The bed was not comfortable. I woke up sore.

Waffles in the breakfast when we're very good

Sounds the pipes we're making we're making like a tapping sound all night, beds were very firm and not comfortable. Was placed in a handicap room even though we're not handicapped

Do not stay at this place !

Honestly they had a room available .Also the front desk person was extremely helpful and very kind .

The rooms are very dated and bathroom had mold in tub . Checked in around 4 am and requested a late check out but the maids were pounding on door at 8:30 am they then came back 2 more times after that. I ask for a manager at check out and she wasn't on premises. I got her number and gave the front desk my number but never received a call back or could get a hold of her. Honestly I think this location is not worthy of the 4.5 stars or having your name !
