Only one chair…..ripped open, burned, smelled of urine. Smelled of cigarette smoke

Located close to the university
Very dated, unattractive. No coffee maker for coffee or tea. No breakfast. The location was very noisy. There were only 6 channels on the tv available.

Good location. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Fridge & microwave.
Disappointed the room did not have a coffeemaker or iron/ironing board (the 1 time I actually needed to use it!). No local information or tv guide. Half the channels were frozen. Beds need to be upgraded, mattresses were hard. While the room was clean, the amenities were VERY minimal.

The beds were firm and comfortable. The room was quiet. We were in walking distance of alot of fun bars and restaurants. Close to the river. We've stayed there many times, on our way to the coast and it's always been a positive experience.
I left my cell phone charger plugged in by the bed. :-(

Location worked well. Bathroom and bedding were clean.
No clock with an alarm. No channels on TV. No coffee in room. No breakfast. The noise was off the charts. And to make it all worse, I paid over $550.00 to stay 2 nights with my wife. I got @#$%^.

proximity to downtown
homeless person sleeping in the stairway. out of date wash basin, bathroom fixtures, heating thermostat, microwave. worn out wall electrical receptacles.

location

The kind lady who checked me in was very helpful and sweet.
The man who I talked with could have been nicer.
I didn't feel like an honored guest when I talked with the man at the establishment.

The room was surprisingly quiet for being right next to a main road. The A/C worked well.
There were used wash cloths hanging from the shower rod - very gross. Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the room was.

Very nice staff. Enjoyed floating in the oversized tub.

cheap run down hotel, a good place to have kinky sex. I was wondering if the have an hourly rate?
You could hire a guy to walk around with a club to keep perverts away, but I only know one sleaze hotel with that amenity and it is in Alaska

Location
Little expensive for the next night

I was able to get a decent room on short notice.
No Coffee availabe either in room or in the office!

Unit was very clean, also grounds. That's about it. Everything else was at best minimal--absolutely no-frills, not even a coffeepot. The TV had only half a dozen stations--nothing like MSNBC or TCM or even AMC. Bed decent, but only that. The room and motel were very reminiscent of the Motel 6 of years back. Given the location on the edge of the Willamette River, which is hardly taken advantage of in relation to grounds, one expected some higher level. It was cheap, it was quite clean, it was not much else.
See above. It wasn't so much what we didn't like--it was that there was so little to either like or dislike.

the fridge/freezer unit was a nice size and seemed clean
hot water in the shower is to the right instead of to the left........ greasy, creamy, sticky substance on the night stand....... there's no cold water in the sink........ exhaust fan on the bathroom sounded horrible, like it needed replaced....... and even though this is not a fault of the hotel, the worst thing was a couple having sex MULTIPLE times during the night...... OUTSIDE!!!!

The bed was nice and comfy, and it was in a nice location. The appliances in the room were very helpful, and overall the room was very nice and clean.
The wifi wasn't fantastic, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The lighting was a bit funky too, but it was pleasant with just the lamps on.
3.5
The room was great clean, easy check in and noise was limited.
There were no issues

This place is horrible and the rooms are disgusting. Do not stay here. Unless you want to stay at the lowest budget at a place that is full of drunks and drug users. It also looks like it is housing mini long-term renters.

Location. Noisy but distance from the college we were coming to tour was the ONLY decent thing.
Everything! Asked for an alarm clock they apparently don't have any! Asked for decent lightbulbs so we could actually see inside our luggage, apparently they don't have any. But when I had to unclog the toilet every time it was used that was when I decided to call Corporate office, I want EVERY dime refunded to me on my CC! . If there had been even 1 other pair of Queen beds within 10 miles I would have gone!

The toilet wouldn’t flush and the water only ran cold

Extremely outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. I paid $275 for a queen room for one night and they charged my card at check in rather than checkout; honestly I would have gone to a different place if I hadn't already paid.
