Helpful, friendly staff,
Clean, well supplied.
Quiet.
No stool in the bathroom.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom had nice storage and great water pressure in the shower. Room was clean and having access to HBO Max and Netflix was an added bonus
Traffic around Wilsonville is always bad

We did not have breakfast. It was Mother's Day and we needed to get back to our families.
When I went to use the restroom there was a drop of pee on the seat! I then cleaned the entire area! I was grossed out!

The room was fantastic. Large and welcoming. We loved the walk in shower.
The bed was comfortable and so was the couch.
The extra $50.00 hold on my credit card.

The Garden Inn is a perfect location for pet lovers. Easy I-5 access yet no traffic noise to bother the pooch. Great walkability: safe neighborhoods for evening exercise and close to Memorial Dog Park and the Willamette River. The reservation attendant was fantastic, making sure my Beagle and I had a first floor room near the back entrance parking lot and the fenced in dog relief area.
Free breakfast??

It was only 5 minutes from my daughter. The hotel itself was extremely nice
That coffee in the lobby area was only available in the morning and was only regular: otherwise, you had to pay for it. Also there weren’t any healthy options in their pantry

Location
There was a dog barking in the room next door.

Excellent location!
Large, comfortable room, very well equipped.
Easy walk to other restaurants.
The bar and restaurant are characterless.
My room was on the motorway side of the building. Lots of traffic noise, even at night!

Beautiful newer property. Clean room and very comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised to discover our room had a microwave and mini-fridge. Our room was on the road side of the hotel but we still slept very well. The staff are very friendly and professional. There's a store in the lobby that had necessities and some food items, and wine! Excellent overall experience. We highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again.
Nothing.

current decor and quite although close to the highway. staff was great and helpful.
we found toenails on ottoman; long hair in our bed which tells us we did not have clean sheets. ewe! bathroom had some of the same long hairs on the floor.

The location was perfect for us
The pet fee was an outrageous $75 for the weekend, they was black hair all over the floor and bathroom and a pet stain on the carpet. The fire alarm also went off at 1am for no apparent reason. I booked weeks before our stay and was told the hot tub would be repaired by then but it was not usable. We were told there was a meal discount at booking but it was not honored stating we had to be a " member" which I received an email stating I was in fact a member. Decent wifi was a daily charge as well. Grabbed a milk and a bottle of water from the lobby store and it was over $7. For what we paid for the room, I feel the outrageous extra charges are ridiculous. I have never paid such an enormous pet fee at ANY motel. Not even an apology or explanation for waking up to a fire alarm.

The location of the property is great, very easy to access from freeway, Tucked in a quiet area eve though near to I-5. Good cleanliness.
Staff who checked us was not at all friendly. No eye contact, not greeted and didn’t mention the amenities of the property. For example, we had ask for breakfast availability and options. I wish the front desk staff was a little bit hospitable.

breakfast was great

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. I would (and am) staying again!
Location is very close to the highway. It wasn't noisy but I feel a little leery being so close to the highway.

The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, hotel is very nice and clean.

This hotel is phenomenal. It has incredible amenities (beautiful outdoor basketball court, pool, firepits, in-house "convenience store," restaurant, pool, beautifully-appointed and clean rooms.
Our child also left her favorite stuffie there and the staff found and kept it safe until we picked it up later that day (after checking out).
There was a wedding and a lot of kids at the hotel the night we stayed. We were placed next to the gym, which people were using late into the night, which kept our two young children up - the excessive noise didn't help, either. To the hotel's credit, they did take our noise complaint seriously.

the breakfast was good.
the power went out Thursday, our phones died and
had no way to charge our phones. we stayed here
for a wedding and needed up on time. has to use
stairs as well and no ac when it was 90 out all day.
shower also wouldn’t drain and water ended up all
over the floor.

Very clean rooms and facilities. The bar staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner was great and all wait staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and treated us very well.
No complaints!
