Over priced for the stay, top 2 most horrible on my all time list.

Breakfast was a muffin or waffle you had to prepare, no protein.

Needs room updated, ceiling over top of the coffee maker was falling apart debris falling down on top of it, bed was uncomfortable, no USB plugs, chicken bone was hiding behind the lamp table, drainage from sink and bathtub was very slow, for the money I spent should have been a lot cheaper, very disappointing.

Beware! Do not spend your hard earned money on this disgusting place! No Quality Inn!

There were no bed bugs.

Everything was the worst I have seen or experienced in a hotel. The room was freezing, tried to call the front desk, phone was dead and the room number was wrong on the phone. Called the front desk on our cell phone and the guy said we needed to turn the temperature down and the room would heat right up, that was a lie. It never warmed up! Cracks in the walls. Room was dirty. Hair on bathroom floor. I could have written my name on the dust on the headboard. Holes in the ceilings, place needs painted and remodeled. We paid for a smoking room, had to bring our own ashtrays because there were none in the room. Should be called No Quality Inn!

The bedding and pillows smelled unwashed, bugs in room. Refrigerator wouldn’t work and floors were dirty.

Nothing like we had years age

The room was difficult to reach through the work area, The room was in terrible condition and looked like blood or other substance on the wall. Curtin on the; the large window was hanging down. Just like a very low-class operation. This was nothing like what we experienced several years ago.

The window was so dirty. Unreal. The curtain wouldn't even close the hallway you could see into the room. The room was smelly the bathroom around the tub area. Unreal the walls had cracks in The handicap rail had like crud around. We didn't even stay there. No way. Could I sleep in a room like that?

Not really a pleasant experience

Breakfast was horrible there was no hot food at all. There was the equipment to put like eggs, bacon, sausage but none was provided

The pictures did not match the rooms at all. Tons of cold air coming thru door.

Close to casino and restaurants

There was no breakfast, coffee, or even any juice in the morning. We had to go out a pay for breakfast that was supposed to be included. Also, I did not realize when booking that there was not an elevator, and we had to climb stairs to get to our room... With my bad knees, this was a painful inconvenience for me.

We will book again if improvements are still being made.

Finally doing renovations! We quit going to this hotel a few years ago because of deterioration. Like the amenities with hotel and the price. The food is delicious Love the pool.

They should put the breakfast sera back where it was. The new location kept tripping the fuse when making toast. The parking lot needs fixed.
