Short and sweet

Breakfast was ok. Decent options but nothing great

Hubby couldn’t find the milk for the cereal. Use real eggs. Clean the juice dispenser.. particles floating in the apple juice. No pillows for the sofa sleeper. No signs for the indoor pool.

absolutely horrible stay

Nothing, absolutely nothing

The room had Roaches and was dirty. Which was not a surprise to the staff. and there was a bad odor, pool area was horrible, poor upkeep. Breakfast was limited and uninviting.

The staff was nice and sweet. They were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that they were short staffed, therefore I had to wait for about an hour for a clean room.

The room was very comfortable. Staff was outstanding. And our service person who cleaned our room was very nice.

Disappointing

Location was pretty central to where we had made plans for the weekend

Room smelled, stains on sheets and towels. Only friendly staff member was the front desk woman at check-out. No coffee ready at breakfast. Coffee pot in room didn’t work.

Bathroom needs updating and cleanliness, We went and bought cleaning spray with bleach and sprayed the shower and toilet , our room had a odor ..

The room accommodation was good. Room and bedding were clean. Parking was great. No Amenities!

The price was good. Front desk personnel were great and professional. And the bed was comfortable.

It would've been great if the pool and fitness room were open and operational. Instead there were signs posted, out of order!! I only went to the comfort inn suites because of the amenities and location. Breakfast was awful. I've never seen square microwaved eggs in my life. I'm very disappointed. I feel that I should be refunded something because Comfort Inn Suites did not deliver what was advertised.

The worst experience ever in a hotel located in Sumter South Carolina

Nothing

I didn’t like the quality of the room based on the price. The walls were dirty, bathroom was old and rusty, the hallway walls were dirty and nasty, the curtains were dirty, the phone in the room was old and dirty. It was a horrible experience
