Fast friendly

We got checked in fast and got a room to accommodate all 6 of us.

It's a lil outdated needs some deep cleaning like water stains on ceiling

Comfy beds

Breakfast. I don't expect hotel breakfast to be great, but this is awful compared to other hotels. Hotel needs updated. Bathroom had tile coming off, black spots on the caulking. The top floor, has a lower ceiling. If my husband wasn't paying attention, he could've hit his head on the sprinklers.

Horrible don’t waste your money!

The lady at the front desk upon arrival was really nice.

The room was DISGUSTING upon arrival. There were massive wads of hair throughout the room especially covering the bathroom floor. You could tell nothing had been cleaned from previous occupants. Sticky stuff was all over the computer desk. The plaster was chipping off the walls and there were holes in the wall. We pulled the fold out bed out and there was dirt and filth all over it. Putting it back up where my son could sleep on the couch instead of the dirty pull out, my wife was walking by the end of the bed and a wire sticking out horrifically gashed her leg wide open. We went to the front desk and they didn’t even have a first aid kit or band aid or peroxide or alcohol or anything. Thankfully I’m a diabetic and had alcohol prep pads with me so we used a massive amount of those to try to disinfect the wound as best as we could. Now she’s got to get a tetanus shot and a blood panel because god only knows what kind of germs were on that wire. We asked to speak to the manager only to be told there wasn’t one available. We left a phone number and requested to be contacted and still haven’t heard back. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about the matter as soon as we return home.

The breakfast was good! And the times that breakfast is available are very reasonable! Also the pool is heated and very nice.

If you have to travel around the area you need to find another way to go than trying to turn left from Cusick Road onto 129. You will sit there for ever before you get out. Also trying to turn left from 129 onto Cusick road to get to the hotel is a nightmare. Re route your GPS to come into it on a different road.

Not worth the money

The free breakfast was great

I have never stayed in a hotel as run down as this one. To say that the facilities were in need of an upgrade is an understatement. The floors surrounding the pool were green and covered in algae. The walls of our room were stained black marks all over two different shades of paint. The bathroom had chips missing from the tub and the toilet along with a torn shower curtain and what looked like black mold all over the ceiling

I wish we had stayed somewhere else!

Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Not at all what we expected for the high cost. Hotel is old and in need of renovation. Our bathtub/shower was moldy and the wall around it was torn out. You either had extremely hot water or extremely cold water in the shower. Carpet is old and worn as well as the furniture in the room.

Great Rooms for Military Family Weekend Trips

I loved the size of the room. The front desk and housekeeping were helpful and great I loved the accessibility to restaurants. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

The hot tub and pool. Both need a fresh coat of paint. The hot tub heating system need to be checked.

I always love coming to this location the staff is awesome always very helpful. They have a great breakfast. Also I like that they have a washer& dryer available. The location is also a plus for me very convenient for me and my family.

Our whole family was well rested, comfortable, and enjoyed our stay!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, great amenities, heated pool/descently warm hot tub, and great location

Only thing that could have been better is the chemical balance in the pool/hot tub, could have used a cleaning and chemicals in the hot tub especially, hot tub could have been hotter

They stay was good but getting overcharged is a nightmare tryn to get my money back.

Breakfast was excellent. Could have had more cereal options but waffles was great.

My credit card got charged several unauthorized charges after paying for my stay so I'll never give my credit card info at the property anymore I'll just book through second party like booking.com so I wont be overcharged cause I'm still tryn to get my money back

Not clean

It is very close to the airport, free parking and an indoor pool. The staff was kind but not very professional.

The hotel had a weird smell, it looked upgraded but not kept up. I was accidentally charged twice for the room. When we got to our room it was NOT CLEAN. There were long hairs on the duvet and stained. The carpet was not properly vacuumed and there were large crumbs and food. The sofa was stained and dusty, toilet handle was broken and dirt on floors. Staff offered me new sheets to put on myself before offering a second room. Second room was not better. Did not stay.
